Perhaps because they had stayed there for a while, the air became thin, and everyone's heads started to feel throbbing.

'Thump! Thump!' It sounded like something was hitting the bottom of the partition, and Wu Xie was so startled that he took two steps back.

'Thud!' Another sound. Wu Xie slowly turned his head, but before he could finish turning his head, he fell down the hole.

Fortunately, the young man reached out quickly and grabbed Wu Xie's hand just as she fell.

Ling Xiao looked at Wu Xie, who only had half of his body sticking out of the cave, and thought, "Hmm... how should I put it? As expected of you, Wu Xie!"

A swarm of moths suddenly rushed out of the cave entrance, and most of them landed on Wu Xie. Wu Xie wanted to open his mouth but dared not, fearing that if he did, he would draw the flying crane into his mouth.

Looking at the moths, Ling Xiao instinctively grabbed Xie Yuhua's clothes. He felt uncomfortable seeing densely packed things, and his mind was filled with images of Lao Yang and Mickey Mouse chasing him.

Jieyuhua put her arm around him with one hand and silently pulled him closer to her.

Wu Xie was pulled up by the young man, and now the moths were even more unrestrained. Without being reminded, everyone knew to shut up.

The fat man gestured, indicating whether he should throw some fire to them to burn them alive, but the young man shook his head and refused his suggestion.

Xie Yuhua sensed the child's nervousness, turned on her own flashlight, and then turned on Ling Xiao's flashlight as well, placing them in the corner. A swarm of moths immediately flew towards them, and the light was instantly obscured.

The fat man followed suit, circling the cave entrance with a flashlight to lure the moths out. However, there wasn't enough light, and the number of moths was too large, so they needed a flashlight.

The air here is already thin; if you set it on fire, the insects might not even be killed before the smoke fumes kill them...

There were just too many, and the fat man was truly powerless. As soon as he gave up, he noticed that the moths weren't flying towards his direction, but rather gathering in other places.

He patted his pocket and pulled out a few discarded bandages, which were the ones Ling Xiao had used to bandage himself. The fat man put them away because he felt it would be a waste to throw away something so useful, and he thought it might come in handy someday.

He took out a bandage and waved it in the air. Sure enough, all the moths kept their distance from him. The fat man happily tied a bandage around his neck and took another one to the edge of the cave to look for Wu Xie, only to find that Wu Xie, who had just been attracting moths, was no longer doing so.

The fat man didn't think much of it, assuming that the younger brother had smeared blood on him. In fact, the younger brother had indeed intended to do so, but just as he was about to act, he noticed that the moths on Wu Xie's body were slowly moving away from him, which meant that the Qilin Jie had taken effect.

Thinking of smearing his own blood on everyone, he realized that Ling Xiao and Xie Yuhua didn't need it, nor did Zhuangzhuang and Hei Xiazi, only Fatty and Cheng Yu.

When they were about to cut blood for the fat man, they discovered that the fat man had taken out a bandage, which could also repel insects. It was probably a bandage that Ling Xiao had discarded. Since Wu Xie didn't need that bandage now, it would be perfect for Cheng Yu.

The moths fluttered for a while and then fell silent, most of them clinging to the wall and remaining motionless.

No more moths flew towards them, and everyone breathed a sigh of relief. The young man gestured that they should go downstairs, and Wu Xie shone his flashlight on the bottom of the cave again. Suddenly, he saw something that seemed to be staring back at him.

However, it was too dark here, and Wu Xie was still a little afraid of the light from the flashlight. He looked carefully at the bottom of the cave again, and after confirming that it was safe, he threw the flashlight away...
