Before Pip could figure out where the sense of crisis came from, Delta accelerated and rushed in front of Pip.

Can she speed up again?

Delta was already in sight, and Pip had no time to think about what the so-called sense of crisis was. He quickly ordered the Death Knight to block Delta for him and create distance again.

Then, a continuous stream of undead creatures swarmed towards Delta.

With a swing of the Blood Scythe, Delta easily annihilated the low-priced undead creatures that surrounded her. This time, however, Delta did not rush to block the Death Knight and chase after Pip. Instead, she engaged the Death Knight in a fierce battle.

The "thump-thump" sound of the blood scythe colliding with the bones dissatisfied Delta with the stiff feel of chopping bones, which was nothing like the smooth feel of the blood scythe cutting into flesh. Therefore, Delta decided to finish the battle quickly.

Seeing Delta's unusual behavior, Pip pondered for a moment and then understood her intention.

She wanted to kill the Death Knight first, and then kill him!

Pip panicked. He hadn't been able to summon a second undead creature of the same rank as a Death Knight for so long, and had only summoned some weaklings. This was because he didn't have a second undead creature of Death Knight rank.

It is difficult for naturally born undead creatures to reach a high level, and undead creatures transformed using necromancy also need to have a high level of magic power in their previous life.

Finding and killing an eighth-tier professional is no easy task; it took him a lot of effort to create a Death Knight.

He would be heartbroken if Delta killed him like that.

Not only that, he will also find himself in an extremely dangerous situation.

The Death Knight and a large number of undead minions were barely enough to stop Delta from getting close, but if the Death Knight were gone and only the undead minions remained, they wouldn't be able to stop Delta.

At that point, the distance had widened a bit, but Delta's speed allowed him to catch up quickly.

Pip immediately ordered the Death Knight to retreat and open the Gate of Greed as much as possible to summon higher-ranking undead creatures to assist him.

But how could Delta allow the Death Knight to slip away like that?

Once entangled, the Death Knight has no chance of escape.

The Death Knight turned his skeletal horse around and fled, while he continued to stab and harass Delta with his spear.

Delta, however, deliberately took the spear's thrust, only slightly shifting her body to prevent the spear from piercing any vital organs.

Vampires have powerful regenerative abilities; they can even repair their hearts if they are cut off, but repairing their internal organs requires a lot of magic.

Delta's crimson eyes gleamed as he grinned, "Got you!"

She grabbed the spear and yanked it hard, pulling the Death Knight off course with tremendous force, separating him from the skeletal horse once more. Then, the crimson scythe swung down, cleaving the Death Knight in two.

Delta knew that undead creatures were quite resilient and that being cut in half wouldn't necessarily kill them, so he quickly swung the shrinking blood scythe, slicing the death knight into small pieces.

"Even if they were still alive, they wouldn't be able to move."

Delta brought the Death Knight to her satisfaction, catching up with the Skeleton Horse.

The skeletal horse was very hard, and it would take a long time to chop it into pieces. Delta felt it was unnecessary, so he simply smashed off the skeletal horse's four skeletal thighs and tossed them aside, while also dealing with the few undead creatures that came to reinforce it.

Pip had summoned five seventh-tier undead creatures in one go, but they were clearly not enough in front of Delta.

After quickly dealing with the undead creatures blocking his way, Delta headed straight for Pip.

Pip frantically summoned various undead creatures to defend himself, but how could these low-level, weak undead creatures possibly stop Delta?

As Delta drew closer, Pip shouted, "Wait a minute..."

Before the word "down" could even be uttered, Pip's head hit the ground.

Delta, fearing the necromancer might possess powerful vitality, wielded his blood scythe and furiously whipped Pip's corpse.

As a necromancer, Pip was the weakest of the five bishops.

His use of the Greed Space is limited to storing and retrieving items and undead creatures at any time, and he does not summon monsters within the Greed Space.

He hates living things and only likes to be with undead creatures.

They were equally pale and ugly, and both were despised by others.

To him, undead creatures were not only servants, but also companions... even though they could not communicate and were merely subordinate to each other.

The monsters in the Greedy Space were assimilated, but they were still living beings after all, which Pip couldn't quite accept.

This habit also harmed him.

Despite possessing necromancy and the ability of Greedy Space, he doesn't fully utilize the power of Greedy Space.

With his bishop's authority, it would be no problem for him to apply for a few eighth-tier monsters for protection in the Greed Space.

However, he had not applied for permission, so he could not summon a demon for protection.

Fortunately, this made Delta's battle a bit easier.

But the remaining undead creatures around Delta were still rushing towards her.

Delta briefly doubted whether Pip was still alive, but immediately ruled out the possibility. She also understood why undead creatures would still attack her even after the necromancer had died.

Undead creatures crave flesh and blood, and will instinctively attack living things.

This left Delta somewhat helpless.

Am I a vampire or are you all vampires?

However, these undead creatures are no longer endless; without the necromancer's summoning, no more undead creatures will be added.

Now we just need to clear out the remaining undead creatures.

Then, go back and help immediately!

Elius unleashed wind blades in an attempt to protect the giant poisonous frog, while also summoning other monsters.

This giant poison frog is very durable and has decent attack power, making it a great shield.

Once you've saved the giant poison frog, summoning other monsters will make the fight easier.

Elius is both a wind-attribute mage and a cultist of the money and greed faction, and these two abilities are in conflict.

Opening the Gate of Greed requires chanting incantations, and casting high-level wind magic also requires chanting incantations; he cannot perform both actions simultaneously.

However, while chanting the incantation to open the Greed Space, it's still no problem to casually unleash a few wind blades.

However, such wind blades had no effect on Alpha and Theta, and could not hold the two women back for even a moment.

The time it takes for the next monster to be summoned and arrive at the giant poisonous frog's aid is too long, which is clearly insufficient.

At this point, he had no choice but to reluctantly use his most treasured life-saving items.

High-level magic scroll.

A look of pain flashed across Elius's face. If the situation hadn't been so dire, he wouldn't have wanted to use this expensive magic scroll.

He observed his surroundings and found that the other bishops and even the archbishops were preoccupied with their own problems, and no one was likely to come to his aid.

That coward hiding in the back? Elius didn't think he would help him, especially since he was in dire straits himself.

"It breaks my heart," Elius muttered.
