Inside the luxurious private room, the two men each took out their phones and called their subordinates to keep an eye on their respective "treasures." Even after hanging up, Wu Meng was still worried.

"No, Ah Jin, I'm worried! She's restless and has already run away twice. I can't take that risk!" The man, who was usually fearless, was now in a state of turmoil.

"Aren't you afraid that Hongjie will lose heart with you?"

"I've heard that because of the ruthless methods used against Hagnau and the former deputy commander of Phnom Penh, many people in your country have started to fear you and are thinking of getting rid of you!" Wu Meng said with a half-smile, arranging the cards in his hand. "No matter how capable you are, can you fight a battle without soldiers?"

"Alright, alright! Don't cry!" Yao Gongyue, feeling her pain, hugged her with red eyes and fighting back tears. "So, did Wu Meng hit you? I can tell you're very afraid of him!"

“No!” Ouyang Zhen shook her head. “Although he has a bad temper and often scares me, he has never laid a hand on me!”
