Su Yuanyuan looked at Machi seriously, "Can I check in here without a hunter's license?"

March shrugged, giving her a nonchalant glance. "What do you think?"

Su Yuanyuan immediately lost her spirits. She glanced at the hotel, then at the few other guesthouses around her, and reluctantly said with a pout.

"Does that mean I can only choose one of these hotels to stay in?"

"That's right!"

"Humph!"

Su Yuanyuan glared angrily at the hotel entrance, then picked out a relatively clean-looking hotel and went inside.

After a quick check-in, Machi waved goodbye and left, leaving Su Yuanyuan bored in the room, playing with the remote control.

She got up early in the morning and went to the hotel front desk. After asking, she learned that the exam was not over yet.

Su Yuanyuan remained silent for a long time before leaving the hotel. She looked up at the sky, wondering if the quality of this year's candidates was really that bad, or if it had always been the same.

Three days have passed since she received the news and came looking for her, and it's still not over?

She shook her head and could only go back and continue waiting.

She wasn't worried about Illusion, but she was afraid he would take this opportunity to bully Killua and Alluka.

That kid has always been hostile towards Killua, and after learning about Alluka's abilities, he'll add that to the mix.

The two older children in the family always bully their younger brother when she's not around. Killua has complained to her several times, but Alluka is the only one with a good personality who doesn't care at all.

The next day, Su Yuanyuan went to ask again, and the receptionist told her that the exam was only halfway through.

Su Yuanyuan really wanted to say, "Let's just eliminate them all. These people wouldn't be of much use even if they passed the exam."

Fortunately, Saba is quite large, and she started traveling there afterwards; there were actually quite a few places to visit.

Locals say there's a dangerous place here called Shimeile Wetland, where many people die every year.

Su Yuanyuan immediately became interested. After finding out the location, she strolled around and bought a lot of local specialties along the way.

Before long, they arrived at the entrance to a forest. There was no one living around, and it was clearly a dangerous area.

She ate a piece of chocolate and strolled leisurely inside. From the outside, nothing seemed amiss, but once inside, she was enveloped in thick fog.

Not far away, she heard cries for help. Su Yuanyuan tilted her head and thought for a moment before heading in the direction of the sound.

I easily dodged a few traps on the way, and then I saw a crow still crying for help in a tree.

Su Yuanyuan stood under the tree in surprise, looking at the crow that seemed not to have noticed her.

"Wow, that's amazing! I only knew that parrots could mimic human speech, but I didn't know crows could too!"

As soon as she finished speaking, the crow stopped cawing, its eyes darting left and right in a human-like manner. Su Yuanyuan narrowed her eyes.

"You can understand me."

The crow flapped its wings and flew upwards, but it was not as fast as Su Yuanyuan. She jumped up and easily grabbed the crow's wing.

Su Yuanyuan examined the crow for a long time, turning it over and over, until she determined it was just an ordinary bird. She then flicked the crow's head with her finger.

"say!"

No matter how she threatened it, it wouldn't open its mouth. Su Yuanyuan grinned and imitated Hisoka's twisted smile.

"Since it can't speak, let's test it and see how it tastes."

As soon as she finished speaking, it began to struggle violently in Su Yuanyuan's hands, crying out for help.

After listening for a while, Su Yuanyuan realized that all it could do was cry for help, and she immediately lost interest.

"That's all you know? You don't even know as many as a parrot, you good-for-nothing!"

After saying that, she threw it forcefully in one direction. Watching it cry for help and disappear as a black dot, Su Yuanyuan clapped her hands with a wicked smile.

Continuing in the same direction, she encountered several more crows crying for help, but having lost interest, she simply walked around them.

For a long stretch of the road, we didn't encounter any more animals until evening.

Su Yuanyuan thought this place was just so-so, and that the locals were exaggerating, so she started walking back.

Out of the corner of her eye, she saw something moving in the thick fog. She turned her head and could vaguely make out an outline, which looked like a strawberry floating in the air.

She raised an eyebrow, watching it almost disappear, and Su Yuanyuan quickly ran two steps to catch up.

Upon closer inspection, it became clear that the strawberries weren't floating in the air, but rather growing on the back of a giant tortoise.

Seeing Su Yuanyuan approaching, it suddenly stopped, swung its long neck, and attacked her. Su Yuanyuan nimbly jumped up and dodged.

A hand was placed on the large tortoise's neck, and before much force was applied, the tortoise slammed to the ground, its eyes rolling around.

You're not even as good as a crow.

Su Yuanyuan muttered something to herself, walked over and picked a strawberry from its back. Seeing that it was indeed a fruit, she carefully took a bite.

The strawberries were sweet and juicy with delicate and soft flesh. After eating one, Su Yuanyuan smacked her lips and unconsciously looked at the rest of the strawberries.

"Big turtle, I'll take the strawberry. Grow longer."

Before she could finish speaking, she reached out and started picking strawberries, being careful not to damage the stems.

On her way back, Su Yuanyuan ate strawberries and didn't encounter any more strange behavior.

The turtle had only a few strawberries on its shell, and she ate them all before even leaving the wetland. After thinking about it, she decided not to go back to find other turtles.

It's already dark, and going back and forth would be a waste of time. We can come again when we have time next time.

Later, Su Yuanyuan found an arcade. She originally planned to play for a while and then leave, but she got so engrossed in the game that she almost forgot about the hunter exam.

She rushed to the hotel, where the receptionist said that the final exam was in progress, but she stopped Su Yuanyuan and refused to let her in.

Su Yuanyuan stood outside the hotel, looking up. The receptionist seemed to have said that the exam was on the top floor.

Looking at the front of the building and realizing that she wasn't paying attention to this place, Su Yuanyuan jumped onto the second floor of the hotel and began climbing up through the window.

Su Yuanyuan easily climbed to the top floor, opened the window and jumped in. She pushed open the door next to her and heard Xiao Yi's voice.

"Great, Killua, I finally have a legitimate reason to deal with you. Now no one can protect you."

Su Yuanyuan was speechless for a moment. She looked at Xiao Yi, who was radiating Nen pressure, Killua, who was stiff and dared not move, and Alluka, who was about to cry outside the arena.

He interrupted helplessly, "Looks like I arrived just in time."

Everyone inside looked over at the same time, and the others were surprised; they hadn't even noticed her coming in, even though she was such a big person.

Xiao Yi's expression was stiff, her big, dark cat eyes darting left and right, clearly feeling a little guilty upon seeing her.

Killua and Alluka were much more direct. They pounced on her, each grabbing one of her legs. Killua pointed at Illumi with one finger and started complaining.

"Big sister, you saw it, he bullied me, he even made his face look like a monster, and big sister, look at the clothes he's wearing."

Su Yuanyuan hadn't noticed before, but as soon as Killua spoke, she unconsciously looked over and smiled gently.

"Xiao Yi, what are you wearing? Who gave you this?"
