Su Yuanyuan fell into deep thought. Did this mean that as long as she remained invisible, no vampire could detect her?

"Of course, this only applies to a few of us. You haven't seen the others yet, so maybe they can smell something."

Alice added, and Su Yuanyuan nodded in agreement, saying that it was best not to generalize without having seen other vampires.

Su Yuanyuan glanced at the sky; Fox Town had always been gloomy, and now it was shrouded in fog.

"Would you like to sit a little longer? I'll go get you something to eat?"

Alice rolled her eyes. "What can we eat? You can eat by yourself. We're going back now; we've been out long enough."

Su Yuanyuan smiled and said, "You've tried them all? Maybe there are some you can actually eat?"

"Don't let Rosalie hear you say that. She's tried a lot of foods and none of them worked. Now she gets angry if anyone tells her that."

Alice said to her seriously, but smiled again after seeing Su Yuanyuan nod in agreement, "Then we're leaving."

"Okay, you can come see me anytime. I'm usually at home."

Su Yuanyuan saw them off at the door, watched them run away in a blur, and clicked her tongue twice, saying, "They run really fast."

After shopping all day, Su Yuanyuan didn't want to cook. She ate some bread to fill her stomach, took a comfortable bath, and lay down on the bed.

She rubbed her hands together; it was time for her to draw a prize again. She missed the system especially at this time of day.

I was lucky today and drew a Blood Pact Spell, which allows me to make a pact with a demon using blood as a contract, thereby gaining powerful energy.

However, her soul then belonged to the demon, and Su Yuanyuan's happy smile vanished instantly. She threw the skill into a corner of the space.

Who would willingly give their soul to a demon? This kind of trash skill should just stay in the corner and collect dust.

She closed the lottery interface and was about to go to sleep when the heart palpitation she had felt earlier returned. Su Yuanyuan wrapped herself in the blanket and rolled off the bed.

The sound of a broken window followed immediately, and the werewolf jumped in and landed on the bed, its blood-red mouth opening wide as it lunged at Su Yuanyuan's neck.

Su Yuanyuan narrowly dodged the sharp teeth, then unleashed a powerful, unpredictable strike that sent the werewolf howling as it retreated off the bed.

She stood up and pressed herself against the wall, staring intently at the werewolf with a furrowed brow. Why were all werewolves like this?

"You'd better leave, or don't blame me for being impolite!"

Recalling the werewolf's gaze earlier, Su Yuanyuan decided to offer some advice: if he still insisted on fighting her to the death, then she would have to try a spell she hadn't used before.

The werewolf dragged his badly wounded body a step toward her, baring his sharp teeth and growling softly.

Su Yuanyuan scoffed. It was impossible to reason with a damned ghost. She had given him a chance, so without further hesitation, Su Yuanyuan shouted at the werewolf.

"Avada Kedavra!"

The wand emitted a dazzling green light, and the werewolf sensed the danger. It dodged to the side, but was still struck by the spell.

The enormous wolf body crashed down, and the floor beneath Su Yuanyuan's feet trembled several times.

The werewolf's corpse began to slowly shrink, transforming into a shirtless man in front of Su Yuanyuan.

Su Yuanyuan looked at the corpse on the ground and sighed, "Isn't it better to be alive!"

Just then, the sound of police cars came from outside. Su Yuanyuan quickly put the body into her system space and restored the room to its original state.

A moment later, someone knocked on the door. Su Yuanyuan put on a coat and waited a while before going down to open it.

"Hello, what brings you here so late?"

"Sorry, someone called the police earlier, saying they heard the sound of a window breaking here. Are you alright?"

Outside the door stood Officer Charlie, accompanied by two young policemen. Charlie's face showed concern.

Su Yuanyuan made way for Charlie to lead the two of them in, his eyes scanning the room.

"I didn't hear anything. Did someone mishear?"

Charlie's gaze was fixed on the upstairs. "Would it be convenient for us to go up and take a look?"

Su Yuanyuan nodded, "Of course!"

The three of them walked upstairs, with Su Yuanyuan following at the back. The young policeman in front turned around and asked her a question.

"Did you really not hear a sound at all?"

Su Yuanyuan tilted her head and thought for a moment, then shook her head at him.

"I went to many places today and went to bed early when I got back. I didn't wake up until you knocked on the door. I didn't wake up once during that time."

As they were talking, they had already finished looking upstairs. There were only two bedrooms on the second floor. Su Yuanyuan had only tidied up one of them, and the door to the other bedroom hadn't been opened at all.

After following the group downstairs, Charlie adjusted his hat and said, "I'm sorry to disturb your rest. Please remember to call if you need anything."

Su Yuanyuan nodded with a smile and saw them to the door.

"Officer Charlie, you've worked hard. I'll definitely come to you first if I need anything."

Su Yuanyuan closed the door after they had gone far away. As she went upstairs, she glanced at the forest outside the window.

Ever since Officer Charlie and his group arrived, there had been a gaze watching them, and Su Yuanyuan wasn't sure if it was one of the werewolves' companions.

However, given that he hadn't made a move for a while and has now suddenly disappeared, it's highly likely they weren't together.

She stretched and flopped onto the bed, deciding to figure out what to do with the body tomorrow; she was really exhausted.

Su Yuanyuan didn't wake up until almost noon. She sat on the bed for a while, stunned, until her stomach started growling, and then she reluctantly went downstairs to cook.

It was so much more comfortable when Sebastian was around. She didn't have to do any of these things herself, and it was so nice to be able to eat as soon as she woke up every day.

Su Yuanyuan simply made a pancake, stir-fried some shredded potatoes, and cooked some vegetable porridge before she was done.

Eating alone really makes me unsure what to do, and I tend to overcook if I'm not careful. She's become so spoiled that she can't eat leftovers anymore.

Su Yuanyuan felt that the only thing that satisfied her now was that she didn't have to wash the dishes; a simple cleaning solved the problem.

In the afternoon, Alice came to see her with Jasper and Edward. She was surprised when she opened the door, as she thought Alice would not come for another two days.

"Look who I brought! Want to go out and have fun today?"

Alice led Jasper inside without any hesitation, while Edward awkwardly scratched his head and greeted her.

"Hi! Nice to see you again."

"Hello Edward, come in quickly." As soon as Su Yuanyuan closed the door, she saw Alice had already opened the refrigerator and was looking for a drink inside.

She couldn't help but roll her eyes. "Please treat yourself like a guest."

"Ha! What are you saying? Aren't we good friends?!"

"Take it if you can drink it." Su Yuanyuan walked over and snatched the Coke from Alice's hand, shoving the water into her hand instead. "You drink this."

"Hey! You said I could try more!"

Alice put down the water bottle in dissatisfaction, then snatched the cola from her hand, shook it, and was about to open it.

Su Yuanyuan quickly grabbed her wrist, "I think it's better if you don't open it now."

She remembered what she had just done, and reluctantly put down the cola. "Fine, I'll drink it later."

Jasper smiled and handed her an apple, which Alice happily took and gently smelled.
