The Young Swordsman of Dalu

Guided by the snow python, Wenfei arrived at a valley.

There is a hot spring in the valley, with steam rising from it. The surrounding area is full of spring colors, which is completely different from the world outside where the wind is biting and snow is falling heavily.

"There's actually a fairyland hidden among these mountains," Wenfei exclaimed.

The snow python raised its head and stretched to the right. Wenfei followed, asking, "Brother Python, where are you going?"

The snow python continued to move forward, and Wenfei followed it. They arrived at a cave entrance, and the snow python turned its head to look at Wenfei, gesturing for him to go in.

Wenfei cautiously entered the cave. The snow python guarded the entrance. When he reached the depths of the cave, the space inside was very spacious. What came into Wenfei's eyes was a stone coffin. Wenfei walked to the stone coffin and forcefully opened the lid. Inside the stone coffin was a skeleton.

Wenfei looked at the cave walls, which were covered with martial arts moves. He was incredibly excited.

"Could it be that I've obtained a martial arts manual like in martial arts novels?"

Wenfei practiced the moves on the wall meticulously, and he practiced in the cave for an unknown amount of time until he had mastered all the moves on the wall. He memorized every single one of them, and finally, he bowed to the skeleton in the stone coffin.

When Wenfei came out of the cave, he found that the snow python was still guarding the entrance. He stroked the snow python gratefully and said, "Brother Python, thank you!"

"Brother Python! It's so hot, and you still want me to soak in the hot spring?" Wenfei was extremely unwilling.

The snow python swept Wenfei into the hot spring with its tail.

"Brother Python! You're really not being fair!"

The snow python kept slapping the hot spring with its tail, as if to say, "You should have listened to me!"

Wenfei watched helplessly as the snow python completely enveloped the hot spring, and then squatted down in the hot spring.

"I really can't do anything with you. I'll stay here as you say. I'm hungry, do you have anything to eat?" Wenfei said to the snow python.

The snow python quickly crawled to a cave entrance on the left and went inside. A short while later, it came out of the cave and came to the hot spring. It raised its head and spat out several wild fruits in front of Wen Fei.

"Brother Python, this came out of your mouth. You want me to eat it? Can't you be a little more hygienic?" Wen Fei said awkwardly.

The snow python lay beside the hot spring, swaying its tail as it looked at Wen Fei.

"Can't I eat it to save my life?" Wenfei said, looking at the snow python's persistent attitude.

Only after watching Wenfei eat the wild fruit did the snow python feel at ease and put its head on the ground.

A surge of heat coursed through Wenfei's body, making it impossible for him to calm down.

"I hope so!" Ji Wuchang said.

The snow python kept sweeping more wild fruits towards Wenfei with its tail. If Wenfei didn't eat them, it would force him to.

Ji Wuchang and Jin Yuanying got lost in the mountains. They had been down from Cuiyun Peak for three days. Outside, snow was falling heavily and the wind was biting cold. In addition, they hadn't eaten much, and their bodies were starting to feel the strain.

"Old man! I feel like we're going to die here!" Jin Yuanying nestled beside Ji Wuchang.

"Don't say discouraging things, we still have to live our lives well," Ji Wuchang said.

“We’ve walked this road at least ten times, why can’t we get out? I’m old and useless now,” Jin Yuanying complained.

"I'm here. I'll take a closer look." Ji Wuchang wasn't entirely confident either.

"We all need to be safe! Don't talk nonsense! I'll find the way back. Let's go back to Cuiyun Peak first. Maybe Wenfei is waiting for us up there," Ji Wuchang said.

After eating the wild fruit, Wenfei felt much better. He got up and walked out of the valley, with the snow python following beside him.

"The snow is falling so heavily, Brother Python!"

Wenfei and the snow python walked out of the valley and arrived at the foot of Cuiyun Peak.

"I wonder how Master and Senior Jin are doing now. Brother Mang, let's go back to Cuiyun Peak to check on them and bring them to the valley while we're at it," Wenfei said to Xuemang.

The snow python wagged its tail in agreement.

"Let's go up!"

At this moment, Ji Wuchang helped Jin Yuanying walk over from a distance. The despair Ji Wuchang felt when he got lost in the mountains almost crushed his reputation as the Flying Hero of Xizhou. Fortunately, he managed to get out of there at the last moment by relying on his willpower.
