The next day, just as dawn was breaking, Wenjie bid farewell to his master and Abbess Wuyi and headed to Wenxian Pavilion.

Before leaving, Wenjie looked towards Shangguan Xingyun's residence. He felt extremely reluctant to leave, but Shangguan Xingyun's attitude of rejecting him was quite firm. He knew that he could not force her and that he could only slowly let her accept him.

“Master Wuyou is my senior uncle, and Wenjie is my second brother,” Wenfei said.

"Wait here! I'm going to ask my master!" The young nun turned and ran into the Taoist temple.

A moment later, the young nun ran out of the temple again and asked, "Are you Wen Fei, the disciple of Ji Wuchang, the Flying Hero of the Western Continent?"

“Exactly!” Wenfei replied.

"I'm going to tell my master!" The young nun ran back into the Taoist temple.

"Hey! You... you're so clumsy and silly, but you're kind of cute," Wenfei said softly.

The young nun ran out a moment later and said to Wenfei, "Come in!"

Wenfei followed the young Taoist nun into the courtyard of the Taoist temple. Inside, Master Wuyou was standing. When he saw Wenfei enter, he looked him over carefully and said, "You are Ji Wuchang's disciple?"

"Yes, you must be my senior brother? I've heard my second brother talk about you for a long time. Today I finally get to meet you in person. I, Wenfei, am very grateful." Wenfei bowed and said.
