The Path to Lordship Begins in the North

After thinking it over, Robert decided to put these worries aside. His financial situation no longer allowed him to think about the future, and besides, it seemed that the Demon Lord wasn't doing too well lately.

The next day, the unpredictable north wind seemed to be stopping. Just then, a green-skinned man kicked open Robert's door and said, "Robert, I have good news for you!"

It was called Robert's house, but it was actually just a woodshed in the demon's mansion.

Most of what Robert said is useless in the Eternal Frozen Land, since even if all the humans in the Eternal Frozen Land were combined, they wouldn't be able to defeat the demons.

However, the Suld region is still predominantly human, and Robert's suggestions were very effective for the demons to rule the majority with a minority of people, especially the prohibition of adult human men from gathering together.

After all, adult human men, once they get together, can talk about anything from what Queen Capet looks like to family, prices, and war in just five minutes.

Just like the men Robert met, they might have started by talking about the weather, but as they talked, they ended up talking about the war on the Golden Plain.
