Another World: The Failed Magician

Deep within a mountain in the Eastern Dragon Empire, there lies a small courtyard.

This courtyard belongs to the Qingxin Sword Sect, a secluded sect within the Eastern Dragon Empire.

Outside the courtyard stood a large group of people, all wearing clothes bearing the emblem of a turquoise sword. This emblem belonged to the Tai Xuan Sect, the most powerful sect in the Eastern ASEAN Empire and the head of the eight major sects.

The leader of the Tai Xuan Sect was a middle-aged man dressed in the robes of an elder of the Tai Xuan Sect. He stepped into the courtyard gate first, revealing his aura as a martial artist.

The two female disciples of the Qingxin Sword Sect standing at the courtyard gate were overwhelmed by the sudden pressure and could hardly breathe. They struggled desperately to avoid kneeling at the man's feet.

Just as the two were about to give up, a woman walked out of the courtyard. She also unleashed the power of a martial artist, suppressing the pressure emanating from the elder of the Tai Xuan Sect.

The woman had delicate features and looked to be only eighteen or nineteen years old. She wore a light green robe and drew her sword, pointing it at the elder of the Tai Xuan Sect. She said, "Zuo Huai! What do you mean by this? This is not a place where you, the Tai Xuan Sect, can run wild."

The person who came was Li Ruoyu, the senior sister of Qingxin Sword Sect. At only 19 years old, she was already a martial arts master and had a good reputation throughout the entire Eastern Dragon Empire.

The Tai Xuan Sect elder, known as Zuo Huai, saw the long sword in the woman's hand, a hint of fear flashed in his eyes, and he took a step back, saying, "What is the meaning of this, nephew?"

The two men stood facing each other less than two meters apart, looking ready to fight at any moment.

Just then, a disciple dressed in the robes of the Tai Xuan Sect walked over and whispered a few words in Zuo Huai's ear.

After saying that, Zuo Huai led his group of Tai Xuan Sect disciples out of the courtyard.

After Zuo Huai left, Li Ruoyu breathed a sigh of relief.
