Inside a dark hall were six chairs, each representing one of the six most powerful empires in human history.

Each of the six seats has a different symbol behind it. The first seat has a silver-white dragon behind it, which represents the Silver Dragon Empire, the first human empire.

Behind the second seat is a golden five-clawed dragon, representing the Eastern Dragon Empire.

Behind the third seat is a man dressed in a golden robe, resembling a god; he represents the Kingdom of Light God.

Behind the fourth seat is an eagle with silver-white feathers, representing the England Empire.

Behind the fifth seat is a golden griffin, representing the Del Empire.

Behind the sixth seat is a knight clad in dark blue armor, representing the former Lova Empire, the predecessor of the Loka Federation.

Only four people were seated in the six seats, while the seats belonging to the Eastern Dragon Empire and the Loca Federation were empty.

The person on the silver dragon throne spoke first: "I think everyone here has also received the news that the next demon seed is about to be born. The reason I've invited you all here today is to discuss countermeasures."
