There were other elves in the room, but upon hearing Stella's joyful voice, they all stopped talking and watched with smiles as she flew to the Elf King.

"Your Majesty, another elf cub is coming."

Soon, the area under the mother tree was once again filled with elves.

Although there is only one fruit that has not yet fully developed, the anticipation in their eyes is undeniable.

Albert stole the role of guide for the previous cub, so they're bound to have a serious argument about who will guide this cub.

The usually cheerful girl, who almost never argues or quarrels, now insists on competing with others in everything she says and does.

Stella was thoroughly enjoying this spectacle.

Because these elves never resort to underhanded tactics; they always win openly through their true abilities. Those who lose are also quite sensible; they don't cheat, and instead join Stella as spectators.

When Hades was about to go out and find her, Stella was watching two elves having an archery contest.

Upon seeing the Elf King, Stella knew she was about to leave. She begged the other elves, who were also watching the show, to tell her the outcome, and then happily flew over.

“Your Majesty,” Stella’s cheeks were still flushed from cheering for the elves, “Let’s go, let’s go back quickly.”

“You can finish watching first if you want,” the Elf King caught her, “just let Savison wait, he’s fine.”

Stella chuckled and flew to the Elf King's ear, whispering, "But I also want to see the King's prowess at the negotiating table!"

The Elf King curled his lips and said to her, "Then you'll be disappointed. We're all smart people; there's no need for so much nonsense."

At this moment, Stella hadn't quite grasped the situation, so when she arrived at the negotiating table and saw the people from the Dark Temple nodding in agreement with everything the Elf King and the Dragon King said, she really didn't know what to say.

However, upon closer examination, although the Dark Temple was innocent, being infiltrated was their own fault.

Furthermore, since the little dragon cub was indeed taken to the Dark Temple's prison, they were in the wrong.

The dragon warriors that Savison brought are still surrounding them, and they've even invited the Elf King to oversee things. They're currently vying for believers with the Temple of Light. Does the Dark Temple, which is busy developing, really think it can bargain?

After leaving, Savison led the dragons who had come out, along with the little dragon cubs who had reluctantly said goodbye to Stella, back to Dragon Island.

The Elf King, however, showed no intention of taking Stella back immediately.

"Your Majesty, is there anywhere else we need to go?"

The Elf King nodded: "Even a powerful race like the dragons has lost its cubs, so other races will certainly not be able to avoid it either."

"Now that we know about this, we have to find a way to resolve it."

solve?

Stella immediately thought of one, two, three, or four possible solutions in her mind. While she was still guessing which one the Elf King was most likely to use, she noticed that there seemed to be a lot of people in the direction he was leading her to, and the buildings were also quite magnificent.

"Where is this?"

“The Holy Magic Academy,” the Elf King briefly mentioned to her, “is the largest magic academy in human history, and Eugene is the academy’s dean here.”

If Stella still doesn't understand by now, then the Elf King's praise of her intelligence would be in vain.

Integrating other races one by one? Not only is it a lot of trouble, but whether they will even listen to a foreigner is another matter entirely. It would be better to solve the problem at its root.

What does it matter if we have evidence or not, as long as we know the identity of the mastermind?

Eugene was quite surprised to see the Elf King and Stella.

“Thranduil, my friend, oh! and little Stella,” Eugene greeted him with delight, “I thought I wouldn’t see you for many years if I hadn’t heard that the Elven Forest was closed.”

Eugene's acting is superb, but Stella's is equally impressive.

She acted as if she didn't know that Eugene had deliberately left the book behind and that Reid had picked it up, treating Eugene only as a friend of the Elf King and greeting him politely.

"Hello, Eugene, it's a pleasure to meet you."

“I am also very happy to see you, little Stella,” Eugene said, preparing tea for the Elf King and also giving Stella some fruit that she could eat.

Once they sat down again, Eugene brought up the previous question: "Has the Elf Forest been reopened?"

“No,” the Elf King replied, “there was just a slight mishap that forced me to come out.”

"Oh?" Eugene seemed to know nothing at all, a look of worry on his face. "For the Elf King to leave the now-closed Elf Forest, this matter must be of extraordinary seriousness."

The Elf King glanced at Stella, who understood and spoke first.

"Bad guys have kidnapped the baby dragon!"

"What?" Eugene looked at the Elf King with a face full of surprise. Seeing that he did not refute, he spoke again, "Who is so bold as to dare to steal dragon cubs from the dragon clan?"

Stella added, "And it wasn't just any dragon cub they stole, it was His Majesty the Dragon King's own nephew."

After Stella finished speaking, the Elf King then added, "They are traitors to the gods."

"They knew about the conflict between the Temple of Light and the Temple of Darkness, and deliberately stole the dragon cub to frame the Temple of Darkness."

"When Savison arrived, the dragon cub was almost in danger."

"That traitor himself admitted that he wanted the dragons to intervene in the war between humans, to make the conflict between the Temple of Light and the Temple of Darkness more serious, and to create space for them to survive."

The Elf King's words were often a mix of truth and falsehood. Even Eugene couldn't be sure whether what he said was true or false at this point.

The Elf King didn't care whether he believed it or not, and continued, "Savison contacted me immediately after learning about this."

"The Dark Temple is currently thoroughly investigating the spies within the organization of the traitors and is carefully investigating whether there are any other races' offspring who, like the dragon cubs, have been captured by spies and framed by the Dark Temple."

A strange light flashed in Eugene's eyes.

The Elf King seemed oblivious to everything and continued, "With such a major problem within the Dark Temple, the Temple of Light cannot possibly be a monolithic entity."

"Although I know you certainly trust your subordinates, it's good to be cautious."

"Don't wait until you're framed like the Dark Temple before you start cleaning things up; then it will be too late."

“Alright,” Eugene said gratefully, “I’ll go to the Temple of Light later to discuss this with them, if they really find someone with problems…”

Eugene's face finally revealed an undisguised danger: "Leave no one alive."

After saying that, Eugene didn't waste any time and immediately contacted the people at the Temple of Light to confirm the meeting time.

Seeing this, the Elf King did not linger any longer: "Stella, we should go back too."

Eugene politely replied, "Since you've come all this way, why don't I show you around before you leave?"

"Is this Stella's first time visiting our Holy Magic Academy?"

Stella nodded, but still returned to the Elf King's side as he had instructed.

"Your Excellency has important matters to attend to and cannot be delayed. The Holy Magic Academy is right here; it's not going to grow legs and run away. I can come back and explore at my leisure later."

“What a sensible and good child,” Eugene praised her, and did not insist that they stay any longer.

The Elf King quickly brought Stella back to the Elf Palace.

Stella could no longer suppress her smile: "Your Majesty, how much of what you say do you think Eugene will believe?"
