Ben10: A Romantic Adventure with a Gender-Swapped Class

Chapter 549 Two People from the Future [6]

He slowly turned around and walked towards the cargo hold.

At the hatch, the other three had just disembarked from the spacecraft.

The three of them looked up and saw Mo Ge walking slowly toward them with a slightly tired but still composed gait, his face even bearing that familiar, irritatingly relaxed expression.

Xiao Ban looked at Mo Ge, who was unharmed (except for her hair being a little messy), and then at the spaceship that was stopped on the edge of the cliff and almost smashed to pieces. Her mouth was agape, and her voice was distorted with shock.

"You...you just...landed a runaway spaceship with your bare hands without transforming???" This was simply beyond her comprehension of power!

Mo Ge walked closer and, upon hearing Xiao Ban's incredulous question, habitually touched his chin, pretending to think seriously, before answering in a matter-of-fact tone.

“Yes, I haven’t transformed for many years.” He shrugged and added, “I generally don’t transform if it can be solved by the heavens.” His tone was so calm that it was as if he were saying, “Why use a spoon when you can use chopsticks?”

This nonchalant answer ignited Mo Bai's curiosity: "So... what kind of superpowers do you have?" Her future self seemed ridiculously powerful.

Mo Ge crossed his arms over his chest, looking at his past self with that inquisitive gaze, a mysterious smile playing on his lips.

“Almost everything,” he paused, keeping everyone in suspense, “You’ll know when you’re older.” Then, as if remembering something, he glanced mischievously at his classmate who was checking herself for scratches, and deliberately dragged out his words, “But compared to this… tsk, someone blew up Kevin’s vehicle again~” The teasing was practically overflowing.

The class monitor, whose name was mentioned, immediately straightened up, put her hands on her hips, and her face was full of indignation and innocence, as if to say, "I'm not taking the blame for this."

"Ugh! Let me just say this first!" She pointed towards the still-smoking cockpit of the spaceship, her voice trembling with excitement. "I was piloting it perfectly smoothly! It was that ninja! He just threw a dart out of nowhere and blew up the control panel! And then this happened. How can you blame me?" She stomped her foot angrily.

A familiar cough interrupted the post-disaster "accountability" scene. Dr. Mao Dun's figure appeared silently beside everyone as if it had solidified from thin air.

"Let's postpone the casual chat for now," he said, his voice carrying an undeniable sense of urgency.

"We need to deal with the magic disk first."

Mo Ge understood, and a purple glint flashed in his eyes.

The heavy magic disc seemed to lose its weight, floating steadily in the air, following the crowd.

Guided by Dr. Mao Dun, they quickly left the crash site and arrived in the middle of a vast desert where only the wind and sand howled.

Golden sand flowed beneath your feet, and the enormous magic disc, placed in the center of the sand, looked particularly eerie.

The crowd formed a circle, placing the magic disc in the center.

Dr. Maodun stood beside the magic disk, his face solemn, his voice exceptionally clear in the vast desert.

"The mastermind behind these men in black is a leader known as 'Phantom Sky'."

"He is not a life form from our world, but comes from a dangerous interdimensional spacetime." He glanced at Mo Ge, "The future Mo Bai once sensed him using a spell."

Dr. Contradiction turned his gaze to Xiao Ban: "In the perception of another Xiao Ban in another time and space, this illusion has been completely destroyed."

“But that’s not the case,” he shook his head, his tone heavy, “He didn’t die; he was simply forcibly expelled from that real world and plunged into a chaotic, intersecting spacetime.”

"From that time on," Dr. Contradiction surveyed the crowd, his eyes sharp, "Phantom Void began his journeys through countless timelines."

"His goal is very clear—to hunt down the small groups from every timeline! To defeat and take them down!"

"Why?" Xiao Ban's face instantly turned extremely serious, and his fists clenched involuntarily.

Being targeted by a mysterious oddball from another dimension is a chilling feeling.

"I don't know," Dr. Maodun honestly shook his head.

His motives remain a mystery to us.

“But one thing is certain,” he pointed to the magic disk in the center of the sand, “he definitely needs this—the Yamagaton Magic Disk! It is very likely the key to his time travel and the execution of his plan!”

The situation is urgent, no further explanation needed.

Xiao Ban Mo Bai and Ban Jie exchanged a glance and nodded in tacit agreement. The three of them quickly moved to their positions and formed an equilateral triangle around the magic disc in the center of the sand.

Mo Ge and Dr. Mao Dun retreated to a place about five meters away from the magic disk.

"Please set up a protective shield," Dr. Mao Dun said to Mo Ge.

Mo Ge nodded slightly, without any fancy movements, and simply raised his left hand calmly.

Palms facing up, fingers slightly spread—

A semi-transparent energy shield, swirling with a deep purple aura, appeared out of thin air, like an inverted giant bowl, firmly enveloping Mo Ge and Dr. Mao Dun within it.

The protective shield's surface shimmered with light, emitting powerful energy fluctuations that isolated the inside from the outside.

Standing atop the triangular enclosure of the magic disc, Sister Ban glanced at the two people opposite her, took a deep breath, and asked in a low voice.

"Are you ready?"

On the sand, Xiao Ban and Mo Bai straightened their backs at the same time, their eyes becoming incredibly focused and determined.

Meeting their sister's gaze, they spoke in unison, their voices ringing clearly in the vast desert.

"Ok!"
