Liu Shiyin hurriedly got out of the car and quickly walked into the building. She silently recited the floor where Huo Muchen's office was located, afraid of taking the wrong step. When the elevator she was in reached the 66th floor, she was stopped by the receptionist at the door.

The receptionist looked at Liu Shiyin's simple attire, a hint of doubt and disdain flashing in her eyes.

"Miss, do you have an appointment?"

The receptionist asked politely, but her tone conveyed an unquestionable air.

Liu Shiyin's heart tightened. She knew she hadn't made an appointment, but she also knew the importance of this document to Huo Muchen. She quickly explained:

"I'm delivering a document; it's urgent and needs to be given to Mr. Huo immediately,"

The receptionist frowned slightly, clearly doubting Liu Shiyin's words. She looked at Liu Shiyin's anxious eyes, but still stuck to her principles:

"Excuse me, miss, you cannot enter without an appointment."

Liu Shiyin felt a wave of helplessness and despair. She looked around, hoping to find another solution. She took a deep breath, trying to make her voice sound sincere and firm:

"Please, could you please call Mr. Huo? I'll tell him that this document is really urgent, please."

Looking at Liu Shiyin's anxious and sincere eyes, the receptionist felt somewhat unwilling, but she didn't want to delay something potentially important because of her stubbornness.

She picked up the landline and dialed Huo Mucheng's office number. After the call connected, she pressed the speakerphone button and gestured for Liu Shiyin to speak.

"Mr. Huo, I am Liu Shiyin. I'm here to deliver some documents to you."

Liu Shiyin's voice echoed in the empty corridor. There was a moment of silence on the other end of the phone, followed by Huo Muchen's voice:

"Let her in."

After hanging up the phone, the receptionist quickly stood up and led Liu Shiyin towards the office. Liu Shiyin gave the receptionist a grateful look, then strode into Huo Muchen's office.

Liu Shiyin gently pushed open the door to Huo Muchen's office, and a majestic and solemn aura rushed towards her, instantly stunning her with the sight before her.

The entire office is spacious and bright, with every inch of space exuding an extraordinary grandeur.

The tall floor-to-ceiling windows bathe the interior in soft natural light, while the exquisite decorations and modern furniture complement each other, showcasing Huo Muchen's unique taste and distinguished status.

In the center of the office, a huge desk stands majestically, with various documents and electronic devices neatly arranged on it, appearing both clean and orderly.

Huo Muchen sat upright behind his desk, his posture as straight as a pine tree, his gaze as deep as the sea. His face was sharply defined, exuding an aura of authority that made people afraid to look him directly in the eye.

Standing at the door, Liu Shiyin felt a strange sense of tension welling up inside her. She took a deep breath, carefully walked to the desk, and respectfully handed the documents in her hand to Huo Muchen.

Huo Muchen took the document and scanned it with sharp eyes. Although his gaze was stern, it revealed a seriousness and focus on his work.

He nodded slightly to Liu Shiyin to indicate that the document had been received, and then continued to work.

Upon seeing this, Liu Shiyin breathed a sigh of relief.

"This is lunch, remember to eat it. I'll head back to the Huo residence now."

Liu Shiyin put down the lunchbox and turned to leave.

"Wait a moment,"

Huo Muchen's voice sounded from behind.
