Their formation… I murmured, a strange unease rising within me. This army was the reinforcements sent by the Kingdom of Metal, our last hope. Yet, their appearance made me feel uneasy.

Chaos reigned in the council chamber. The Beast Tamer of Metal and Iridium sneered, "What a charade! I think they're just a rabble!"

I ignored him and strode to the window, gazing into the distance. The army surged towards the battlefield like a silver torrent. Their formations were ever-changing, sometimes like a sharp dagger piercing the enemy ranks, sometimes like an unbreakable shield repelling their attacks.

"Their weapons... don't seem to be made of materials we commonly see." I squinted, trying to make out the construction of the weapons in their hands. It was a strange substance that shimmered with a metallic luster, reflecting an unsettling light in the sunlight.

"Hmph, all that charlatanry!" The Beast Tamer curled his lip in disdain. "Let's see how long they can hold out!"

The situation on the battlefield was constantly changing. Soldiers from the dark forces surged forward like a tide, relentlessly assaulting our defenses. Just as I was filled with anxiety, the army of the Metal Kingdom finally clashed with the enemy.

A burly warrior, wielding a massive warhammer, charged into the enemy ranks. He swung the hammer with overwhelming force, each strike sweeping away the surrounding foes. This must be the thallium warrior mentioned by the Mercury Messenger.

"So powerful!" I couldn't help but exclaim in amazement. The strength of the thallium warrior was in no way inferior to that of a Beast Taming Grandmaster!

The Beast Tamer was also stunned. He rubbed his eyes in disbelief, as if he couldn't believe what he was seeing.

The appearance of the thallium warriors greatly boosted our morale. The beast tamers rallied their spirits and engaged in a fierce battle with the enemy. All sorts of magical beasts roared and charged across the battlefield, unleashing tremendous power.

The tide of battle was gradually turning in our favor, and the army of the Metal Kingdom displayed astonishing fighting prowess. Their tactical coordination was impeccable, combining offense and defense effectively, keeping the enemy constantly on the run.

My worries gradually dissipated, replaced by a strange sense of excitement. It seemed our allies had not let us down.

Su Yao stood beside me, her eyes fixed on the battlefield, one hand unconsciously linked with my arm. I felt her dependence, gently patted her hand, and gave her a reassuring look.

Suddenly, the army of the Land of Metal changed formation, becoming like a giant vortex that sucked in the enemy. Then, a dazzling light burst forth from the center of the vortex…

I forced myself to calm down and carefully observed the battlefield. The once densely packed soldiers of the Dark Forces had dwindled to just a few scattered individuals, while the army of the Metal Kingdom had vanished without a trace.

"Could they...could they have used some kind of forbidden technique?" I muttered to myself, my mind filled with doubt. This power was beyond my understanding of beast taming abilities.

"Hmph, I bet they used some underhanded methods!" The Beast Tamer of Jinyi said sarcastically. "Maybe they're in cahoots with the dark forces, putting on a show for us!"

His words were like a thorn, piercing my heart. I turned sharply, glaring at the Beastmaster of Metal and Iridium: "What do you mean? The Kingdom of Metal and Iridium is our ally. They came from afar to support us, and you actually doubt them?"

"Allies? Hmph, who knows what they're up to!" The Beastmaster of Metal and Iridium stood his ground. "How can we easily trust an army of such unknown origin?"

"Enough!" I growled, suppressing my anger. "Now is not the time for infighting. We should unite and fight against the forces of darkness together!"

"Unity? Unite with these people of dubious origin?" The Beast Tamer sneered. "I'm not willing to entrust my life to them!"

I took a deep breath, trying to calm myself down. "Iridium Beastmaster, I know you're cautious, but you've seen the situation. Without the help of the Kingdom of Metal, we simply cannot withstand the attack of the dark forces. We need time, and we need their strength."

"Time? Hmph, I think you're just stalling for time!" The Beast Tamer of Jinyi still refused to believe it. "Who knows what tricks they'll pull next?"

Su Yao tightened her grip on my arm, and her voice rang in my ears: "Nong Yu, don't argue with him. Let's figure out what's going on first."

I nodded and turned to look at the battlefield. Although the army of the Metal Kingdom had vanished, some strange traces remained on the battlefield. These traces resembled some kind of writing or symbols that I had never seen before, yet they evoked a strange sense of familiarity.

I bent down, carefully examining the marks, trying to find some clues. Suddenly, I sensed a powerful energy fluctuation emanating from them. A thought struck me, and I immediately placed my hand on the marks.

A strange energy surged into my body, and images flashed through my mind. I saw a desolate land, a magnificent city, and a group of people dressed in strange clothes…

“This is…” I was filled with shock. Could these scenes be the history of the Kingdom of Metal?

"Nong Yu, what did you find out?" Su Yao's voice pulled me back from my reverie.

I looked up at Su Yao and the Yijin Beast Tamer, took a deep breath, and slowly said, "I need to gather all the Beast Tamers. I have something to announce..." I paused, my gaze swept over everyone, and finally landed on the Yijin Beast Tamer. I said, word by word, "A battle plan to cooperate with the Kingdom of Metal."
