Beast Taming Star Journey

Chapter 380 Full Recovery

Chapter 380 Full Recovery

Chapter 380

I took a deep breath and placed my hand on the trembling beast tamer. The energy fluctuations within him were violent and chaotic, like a wild horse that could destroy his body at any moment. I closed my eyes and channeled the energy I shared with Xiaobai. A gentle yet powerful force flowed slowly into his body through my arm. This energy, like a spring breeze and gentle rain, slowly soothed the violent energy fluctuations.

A hush fell over the surroundings; everyone held their breath, watching my every move with bated breath. The thulium researcher stared intently at me, his eyes filled with a mixture of anticipation and worry. He could sense the peculiarity of the energy I was channeling, but he couldn't comprehend the source of this power.

"It's done!" I felt the energy fluctuations within the Beast Tamer's body gradually stabilize, and his previously contorted face slowly relaxed. I withdrew my hand and let out a long sigh of relief.

"It really works!" the boy with the metal ring exclaimed in surprise. His father was the first beast tamer to undergo the mutation.

Seeing this, the family members, who had initially harbored doubts, became excited. They surrounded me, begging me to treat their loved ones.

"Everyone, don't rush, one at a time." Su Yao stood beside me, maintaining order.

I nodded and began treating the other mutated Beastmasters. As each Beastmaster recovered, the cheers around us grew louder and louder. Even the strategist Jinlu, who had previously opposed me, was now dumbfounded and speechless.

"Xiaobai, are you ready?" I asked softly.

Little White let out a low growl, indicating that it was ready.

I took another deep breath, and this time, I released all the energy in my body without reservation, forming a powerful energy wave that enveloped all the remaining mutated beast tamers.

"Su Yao, help me!" I shouted.

Su Yao understood immediately and released her energy, merging it with mine to form an even more powerful force. Little White also let out a deafening roar, and a surge of pure energy flowed from its body, merging into our combined energy.

The three energies intertwined, forming a dazzling light that illuminated the entire plaza. Under the light, the energy fluctuations within all the mutated beast tamers gradually subsided, and their bodies slowly returned to normal.

"Success!" someone shouted, and then the entire square erupted in deafening cheers.

Looking at the cheering crowd before me, I was filled with joy and a sense of accomplishment. I had finally fulfilled my promise and cured all the mutated beast tamers.

Suddenly, I felt a warm hand grasp mine. I turned around and saw Su Yao standing beside me, her eyes filled with excitement and joy.

“Nong Yu…” she said softly, and then…

Su Yao excitedly threw herself into my arms, her lips lightly touching my cheek, her warm breath brushing against my skin. In that instant, I felt the cheers around us disappear, leaving only her and me, and the emotions surging between us. I could feel her passion and love, like warm sunshine, dispelling all the weariness and stress in my heart. I gently wrapped my arms around her waist, feeling her soft body against my chest, and an indescribable sense of happiness welled up inside me.

This sudden display of intimacy abruptly silenced the cheers, replaced by whispers. I noticed the Thulium researcher's gratified smile, while the Iridium boy looked at me with adoration. However, the Iridium strategist's expression turned extremely ugly. He had always opposed my treatment method, and now, seeing me successfully cure all the mutated beast tamers and gain Su Yao's favor, his heart was filled with jealousy and resentment.

"This...this is just luck!" The strategist, Jinlu, stubbornly tried to save face. "Who knows if these beast tamers will mutate again! Maybe they'll turn into that again in a few days!"

His words immediately drew the ire of the surrounding beast tamers.

"What nonsense are you talking about! We feel great right now!"

"Exactly! Thanks to Brother Nong Yu, we were able to get back to normal!"

"You previously stopped Nong Yu from treating us, and now you're making these sarcastic remarks. What are you up to!"

Faced with the accusations of the crowd, the strategist's face turned bright red. He opened his mouth, but couldn't utter a word. He had originally intended to use this opportunity to attack me, but unexpectedly, he had shot himself in the foot, putting himself in an embarrassing situation. He glared at me fiercely, then slunk away from the square.

Although the crisis has been averted, we have little time to celebrate. The final battle is imminent, and we must quickly adjust our condition and prepare for it. Looking at these beast tamers who have just recovered, a sense of worry rises in my heart. They have endured the torment of the crisis, both physically and mentally exhausted. Can they truly recover quickly enough to face the upcoming decisive battle?

I took a deep breath, suppressing my worries. No matter what, I must lead them to victory in this final battle!

"Everyone!" I shouted. "I know you've just gone through a tough time and are exhausted, both physically and mentally. But the decisive battle is coming, and we have no time to rest! I hope you can all adjust your mindset as soon as possible and prepare for the battle!"

As soon as I finished speaking, a sparse chorus of responses rang out from the plaza. I looked around and noticed that the beast tamers all wore expressions of weariness and confusion. It seemed their condition was worse than I had imagined.

“I know it’s difficult,” I continued, “but we must overcome it. For our home, for our loved ones, we must fight!”

My words didn't elicit much of a response. The beast tamers remained silent, their eyes filled with confusion and unease.

My heart sank. It seemed boosting morale was proving more difficult than I'd imagined. I took another deep breath, preparing to say something more, when suddenly a voice rang out from the crowd: "Nong Yu, let's go to the assembly square." I turned to see Su Yao. Her eyes shone with unwavering determination, as if telling me that everything would be alright.

“Okay.” I nodded, then turned and walked towards the assembly square. Su Yao followed closely behind me, her hand tightly holding mine, giving me boundless strength.

I summoned all the beast tamers to the assembly square. The setting sun bathed the square in a golden-red hue. I stood on the high platform, watching the beast tamers arrive one after another below. Most of them looked dejected, their steps heavy... Su Yao stood beside me, her hand gently resting on my shoulder, offering me silent support.
