"It's done!" I shouted. The gem's light vanished abruptly, and a strange energy surged into my body, perfectly merging with my beast-taming power. I felt my strength increase significantly, and a surge of joy filled my heart.

Following Senior Orange's instructions, the treasure was located in the center of this area. I headed towards the treasure, my heart filled with anticipation.

Closer, closer... Suddenly, a gust of wind howled past, and the Purple Beastmaster, along with several of his men, rushed out from the side, blocking my path. "Boy, hand over the treasure!" he grinned maliciously, his eyes gleaming with greed.

My heart sank; it seemed this guy had planned this all along. I gave him a cold glance: "Why should I?"

"Why should I? Because I'm stronger than you!" the Purple Beastmaster said arrogantly, and his subordinates behind him also drew their weapons, exuding a powerful aura.

At the critical moment, Su Yao appeared from the other side, blocking my way. "If you want to touch him, you'll have to get past me first!" Her eyes were sharp, and the long sword in her hand gleamed coldly.

"Su Yao, are you going to get involved in this matter too?" The Purple Beastmaster's expression changed slightly, clearly showing some apprehension about Su Yao's strength.

The guardian of the secret realm is equivalent to a master beast tamer! I turned my head and saw a huge figure slowly walking towards me from a distance.

Just then, Su Yao was struck by the Purple Beastmaster's palm, her delicate body flying backward, spitting out a mouthful of blood into the air. My heart clenched, and a surge of anger instantly welled up within me.

"Su Yao!" I leaped forward and caught her, gently placing her on the ground. Her face was pale, and there was still blood at the corner of her mouth. My heart ached, and my eyes were filled with pity.

"How are you?" My voice trembled, as if even breathing was difficult. Su Yao forced a smile: "I'm fine, I won't die..."

"Stop talking, get some rest." I shielded her behind me, my gaze icy as I stared at the Purple Beastmaster. That despicable scoundrel actually took advantage of Su Yao's distraction to launch a sneak attack!

Seeing that his attempt to seize the treasure had failed, and with the appearance of the guardian of the secret realm, a ruthless glint flashed in the eyes of the Purple Beastmaster. He pulled a black whistle from his robes, put it to his lips, and blew it forcefully.

A piercing whistle resounded throughout the space, and then a huge figure descended from the sky, landing beside the Purple Beastmaster.

It was a gigantic lizard, its body covered in thick scales, exuding a chilling aura.
