The two arrived at the hospital where Lu Bing had been received the day before. As long as Lu Bing's body was still in the hospital, they could simply wait there and they would naturally be able to meet Qiu Pi again.

Geng Miaowan quickly opened the door and came out of the room. Inside the living room, a waiter was standing there, holding a broom and pointing it at Xu Ruwen, who was sitting on the sofa, his face filled with suspicion. Turning his head and seeing Geng Miaowan come out of the room, he pointed the broom at her again, asking, "Who are you? Why are you here?"

Geng Miaowan was puzzled by her question, "Of course we are guests here."

“We don’t have any record of this in our hotel…” The waitress glanced again at the register in her hand, which showed that the room was empty. She looked up from the register with a puzzled expression. Geng Miaowan didn’t seem like a bad person, but she couldn’t just ignore someone who had illegally entered their hotel room.

As she spoke, she pressed the intercom button and said into the other end, "Manager, manager, two unidentified people have broken into room A2501."

After hanging up the walkie-talkie, she stared at the two of them warily, as if afraid they would flee to escape punishment.

Geng Miaowan found her expression somewhat amusing. "I think you must have made a mistake somewhere. We checked into the hotel early yesterday morning."

The waiter completely ignored what she was saying and just kept staring at the two of them, waiting for the manager to arrive.

First, he asked the waiter what had happened.
