Rebirth: I Became a Maggot 2

Everything was done, and just when I thought I was about to succeed, a few damn mosquitoes appeared.

What's even more frustrating is that those damned mosquitoes just happened to run into that honest guy who was suffering from insomnia, and that's when the tragedy occurred.

You honest folks used a magic weapon, mosquito spray, and then an event resembling a gas attack unfolded. I thought only Dafu and I would be really upset, and at most, only those two mosquitoes would suffer.

You know, that room is far more complicated than I thought. No matter where you are, it's a world of its own.

Surprisingly, all sorts of tiny creatures I didn't recognize appeared. I wasn't good at biology when I was in school, and even when I watched Animal World when I was bored, I never saw so many tiny creatures in my house.

So I've basically never seen it.

Just as I was struggling to climb to the door, I ran into trouble. It was obvious that I had taken over someone else's territory.

"Get out of here! Is this a place for you?" Brother Biao shouted angrily.

Ugh, I was bullied all the time when I was a maggot, and now that I've finally become a fly, I'm still being bullied? And by a reptile so much smaller than me?

With my explosive temper, I kicked that damned little guy away without even saying a word. Did he really think I was used to being bullied?

"Dafu, come on over and get some fresh air," I said to Dafu behind me with great enthusiasm.

After being bullied for so long, I've finally regained my dignity. When a man is powerful, who wants to act like a coward?

That honest guy only sprayed a little, which just made us a little dizzy. If it had been more, I even suspect I would have died here.

After a while, the smell of medicine in the room gradually dissipated, and the little creature around me slowly left.

"Dafu, let's go. We should go back and take care of our business." I said to Dafu, who was beside me.

Then he turned around and prepared to leave.

But when we turned around, we found that there were quite a few of those little crawling insects that I had kicked away earlier standing behind us.

"What? You stole my territory, beat up my men, and now you think you can just leave?" a little reptile said unhappily.

I looked ahead and thought, "Holy crap, are they kidding me? When did all these web crawlers appear here?"

How come such a heavy dose of medicine didn't kill them? Now suddenly dozens of them are standing right in front of me.

The surrounding animals, like kind-hearted people seeing street thugs, quickly scrambled back to their dens.

I'm really annoyed by these dozens of reptiles in front of me. Are they local bullies? Are they here to cause trouble?

But I'm not afraid, hahaha, I'm a fly now, why would I be afraid of a few crawling insects?

So I'll confidently say, "What? You want to stop me from leaving?"

"Kid, you're pretty arrogant, huh? Looks like you don't know how high the sky is or how thick the earth is until I teach you a lesson, right?" the small reptile said smugly.

"The black in front of you isn't real black, and what kind of white do you want?" I said casually.

"What do you mean?" the reptile leader asked, puzzled.

"All I see is black and white, and you're all just decorations to me," I said with a disdain.

"White? Just for decoration? Damn it, are you insulting us? Brothers, grab your weapons and get them!" the reptile yelled angrily.

"Yes."

Then the guys behind me charged and crawled towards me.

Looking at those damned crawlers, you think I'm afraid of you? Am I afraid?

Just kidding, I can fly! As soon as I said that, I spread my wings and was about to take off, but... I couldn't feel my wings at all.

It's like being dismembered and paralyzed; I can no longer feel the sensation of wings.

I cried out anxiously, "What's wrong with my wings?"

“That drug has an anesthetic effect, so we won’t be able to fly for a while,” Dafu said from the side.

"Holy crap, that damn drug has this effect too?" I almost cried. This guy's act was way too over the top.

But it's too late for me to regret it now; the swarm of crawlers has already attacked.

"Dafu, run!" I shouted urgently.

"It's alright, they're looking for you, not me. They're being reasonable." After saying that, Dafu stepped back towards the 100-year mark, making room for me.

Then the reptiles rushed up, lunged at my body, and bit my leg right away.

Holy crap, it hurts so much! Are these bugs dogs? They're so ferocious and bite so hard.

I yelled and kicked the bug off my leg, then angrily kicked away the other bugs that were rushing towards me.

"Kid, now you know how powerful I am, right? See if you still dare to mess with us. Go get him and show him what we're made of!" the leader of the reptiles said angrily.

"What kind of skill is it to have so many people ganging up on me? If you've got the guts, let's have a one-on-one fight," I said, quite annoyed.

"Now it's a one-on-one fight. You're taking on a whole group of us. All of you, charge! Don't hold back! Bite him until he's crawling on the ground looking for his teeth!" the leader of the reptiles shouted loudly.

"You think I'm a pushover just because I'm not showing my teeth? You'd better stop now, or I'll get angry!" I shouted, clearly annoyed.

"Get angry? Show me how you get angry. All you can do now is throw water. Do you know where your water comes from? It's tears. Go ahead and cry." The team leader said arrogantly.

Holy crap, is this tour leader a comedian? He just casually blurted out a classic quote.

But this isn't the time to think about this. If I don't do something soon, I might get played to death by these web crawlers.

So I frantically rolled on the ground and used my hands and feet to swat off the crawling insects on my body.

But there were just too many of them, and no matter how hard I struggled, I couldn't get rid of them.

But then something really made me happy happened: I felt the wings on my back begin to feel something.

So that means I'll be able to fly soon. If I can fly, won't I just mess with you guys?

I rolled around on the ground frantically, kicking the crawling insects on my body with my hands and feet, slowly waiting for my wings to regain feeling.

Slowly, I felt my wings finally return, and I finally regained full sensation. Now you're all ready to be played with.

I thought to myself with unusual excitement, and just then the leader of the crawler spoke.

"Alright, that's enough. You know how powerful we are. Now come back."

As soon as the leader spoke, the crawler really went back.

I can finally fly, and you ran away? Are you kidding me? It's you, would you be willing?

Anyway, I'm not willing.
