I was getting a sty from watching so much. The woman was finally about to leave, but she was so tired outside that she finally took out her phone.

Then he unlocked the flashlight, turned it on, and started illuminating the path on the ground before heading back.

When the woman unlocked the device, I finally saw it clearly. The unlock code was 3752. Although I didn't know what it meant, at least I knew the unlock code.

I happily leaned on the woman's shoulder, waiting for her to go back to sleep so I could secretly use her phone.

A sty is a large lump that grows under the eye after seeing something you shouldn't have seen.

Especially when you were a kid, if a boy got a sty, he would definitely be laughed at. People would say that you get a sty because you peeked at a girl's butt. So a sty represents seeing something you shouldn't have seen.

As the woman slowly walked back, Dafu and I sat on her shoulders and started chatting.

"That woman, Yimao Er, went back. Does that mean our mission is almost complete?" Dafu asked expectantly.

"Yes, as long as we open our phones and find the girl's location, we can go and find her," I said expectantly.

"Is it far?" Dafu asked expectantly.

"It's probably very far."

"Is it that far from here to the big banyan tree at the village entrance?" Dafu asked, quite puzzled.

“It’s much farther than that,” I replied.

"That far? Are there two places that far apart?" Dafu asked.

"Two? Maybe countless." I replied honestly, after all, the girl might be in another province.

"It's so far," Dafu said, a little scared.

“Yes, so you can stay here, I’ll go out and look for it,” I said.

"What if I'm not here and you die?" Dafu asked, sounding agitated.

The way you're saying that makes it sound like I'd definitely die if I didn't have that great fortune. I'm not a child, and besides, I know more than you do, okay?

But I couldn't say it directly, for fear of hurting Dafu's pride, so I had to say it tactfully.

“It’s okay. I’m doing just fine without you. You have your own pursuits, so go pursue them. You don’t have to give them up for me,” I said.

“But…” Dafu said, still feeling uneasy.

“There are no buts. I can’t stay under your protection forever, can I? So just do what you want to do,” I said.

"But what I want is to be with you. I can't eat even delicious food when I'm not by your side," Dafu said sadly.

I'm almost in tears! What is this all about? Is this some kind of torture? Could it be that Dafu really likes me?

Am I overthinking it? Do they really see liking someone as just simple liking?

I'm so frustrated I don't know what to say.

"Fine, fine, you can come with me if you want, but you've thought it through yourself. It's dangerous to follow me," I said bluntly.

"It's alright, if there's any danger, I'll help you out with 12 cents," Dafu said happily.

"Fine, just keep an eye on things from the side later, and don't run around," I said, feeling quite exasperated.

While we were chatting, the woman finally returned. She quietly took off her clothes by the bedside and went to bed.

Thankfully, my worst fears didn't come true; I didn't put my phone directly in my pocket, but instead placed it quietly on the bedside table.

The woman fell asleep shortly after lying down, probably because she was truly exhausted. After all, she had just gone through two major battles. Although the first battle was quick, it was still a battle.

As the woman finally fell asleep, I knew my chance had come. I could finally use my phone again, but just as I rushed towards it...

There was a sudden movement on the field, and I quickly pulled Dafu aside, while the honest man on the bed got up.

He slowly stood up, sighed softly, and went out. After a while, he returned, reeking of smoke, and then lay down on the bed to sleep.

Just as I was about to use my phone, I heard a faint sigh and the sound of someone turning over on the bed.

Damn it, how am I supposed to use my phone now? As soon as I turn it on, the screen will light up immediately, and then the honest person who isn't asleep will notice, right?

This is really going to kill me! What are you doing up so late at night instead of sleeping? Are you having insomnia?

Taking sleeping pills for insomnia? That's stopping me from doing important things!

I'm going crazy! I finally found my phone and the password to unlock it, but that damn honest guy is having insomnia.

Why would I have insomnia for no reason? Are you kidding me?

All I can do now is wait, wait for that honest guy to go to sleep. I don't believe you can just stay awake all night.

So I waited behind the tissue with the large baguette, and I could hear soft turning over and sighing sounds coming from behind the bag.

I thought what followed was a long wait. There has been too much waiting today, and I've gotten used to it. Victory is just around the corner. I've waited so long already, why should I be afraid of waiting a few more hours?

So I wasn't in a hurry. The closer you get to the end, the less you should rush. That's my experience over the years. So Dafu and I waited behind the tissues on the bedside table.

But things are more likely to go wrong at crucial moments. This is truly a timeless saying. Just when I was trying to outlast that honest man in terms of patience, to see if he or I would fall asleep first.

Suddenly I heard a buzzing sound coming from above...

I quickly looked up, and what I saw almost made me break out in a cold sweat. Several mosquitoes were flying towards the person on the bed.

Holy crap, seriously? This is suicidal! Can't you see the person isn't asleep yet? You just rush up and suck their blood? Are you out of your mind?

Are you out of your mind? If someone has just fallen asleep and you wake them up like this, wouldn't that be a huge loss?

As I watched those two damned mosquitoes fly away, I broke out in a cold sweat.

Snapped……

With a clapping sound, I knew that one of the mosquitoes had been slapped to death by the honest man who wasn't asleep.

With that slap, the honest man slowly got up and walked towards the wardrobe opposite the bed.

In the dim light, I saw the honest man pick up a bottle of household mosquito repellent spray.

I'm so reliant on spray...
