He turned his gaze to the window, trying to see what was happening outside through the glass, but the scene outside remained chaotic and noisy. His heart raced, and his anxiety intensified. The feeling of being watched was unbearable; he felt trapped in a giant maze, unable to find the real exit.

He gently rubbed his temples, trying to ease the sudden discomfort. "This can't be," Huang Feipeng muttered to himself, "maybe it's just my imagination."

Just then, his phone vibrated. He glanced at the screen and saw a message from her: "How are you? I just heard you sound a little anxious."

Huang Feipeng's anxiety eased slightly. He quickly typed a reply: "I feel something's wrong outside, like someone's watching me."

A few seconds later, her reply appeared on the screen: "Are you in the office? Have you noticed anything unusual?"

Huang Feipeng took a deep breath, trying to calm himself down. "I just felt an uneasy atmosphere, maybe it's just my imagination."

Her reply came quickly: "You'd better pay attention to your surroundings right now. If you sense any danger, take action as soon as possible."

A sense of unease rose in Huang Feipeng's heart. He stood up, walked to the door, and carefully checked the security of his office. He tried to look for any possible anomalies in his office, but everything seemed normal, even a little too calm. Even so, the feeling of being watched lingered, as if the air around him was filled with an invisible pressure.

He walked back to the window and continued to observe the situation outside. The crowds on the street continued to flow, but he could no longer find any comfort in them. The flashing lights and the sounds of traffic only made him more uneasy. His gaze kept shifting outside the window, trying to find any possible anomaly.

"Am I being too sensitive?" Huang Feipeng muttered to himself, a hint of self-doubt in his voice. He began to wonder if he was being too tense, or if this feeling was simply due to discomfort in his eyes and anxiety.

Just then, there was a gentle knock on the door. Huang Feipeng's heart started racing. He went to open the door and found her standing outside, with a concerned smile on her face.

“I just received your message,” she said gently. “I decided to come and see you to make sure you’re alright.”

Huang Feipeng felt a sense of relief, but his anxiety had not completely subsided. "Thank you," he said. "I don't know why, but I suddenly felt like someone was watching me."

She went into the office and gently closed the door. "Perhaps you're just being a little too nervous," she reassured her. "But it's always good to stay alert. We can check the situation together."

Her presence brought Huang Feipeng a sense of warm comfort. They checked every corner of the office together, but everything seemed normal. Nevertheless, the feeling of being watched hadn't completely disappeared. Although Huang Feipeng's anxiety had eased somewhat, it hadn't completely vanished.

“I know this may sound strange,” Huang Feipeng said, with a hint of helplessness in his voice, “but I really feel a kind of inexplicable pressure, as if someone is watching me in the dark.”

She sat on the sofa, listening quietly to his story. “This feeling is probably caused by your inner unease,” she said softly. “In times like these, the most important thing is to stay calm. If you feel uneasy, you can take some safety precautions, such as making sure the doors and windows are locked.”

Huang Feipeng nodded. Although his anxiety remained, her companionship and advice brought him some comfort. He began to realize that this feeling of being watched might just be a manifestation of his inner unease, and that what he needed was more inner peace and self-regulation.

Huang Feipeng sat down in his office, gazing at her face, still feeling uneasy. They had just checked every corner of the office together and seemed to have found nothing unusual, but the feeling of being watched still bothered him. Her concern gave him a little comfort, but he couldn't completely calm down.

“I always thought I was in control of everything,” Huang Feipeng said, his voice tinged with contemplation, “but now I feel a strange pressure, as if some invisible force is watching me.”

She sat on the sofa, gazing at him with gentle concern in her eyes. "Sometimes, these feelings can be amplified when we face immense pressure or anxiety. Have you been experiencing any particular challenges or struggles lately?"

Huang Feipeng's gaze gradually shifted, landing on a purple painting on the office wall. The painting contrasted sharply with his inner turmoil, creating a strange sense of dissonance. "Indeed," he said, "I've been feeling some particular challenges lately. My work pressure is constantly increasing, and sometimes I feel like I'm trapped by some unseen force."

She nodded slightly and said gently, "At times like these, our hearts become unusually sensitive, and we overreact to changes in the outside world. You can try to relax, try to understand these feelings, and see if they are really a real threat, or if it's just your inner anxiety acting up."

Huang Feipeng closed his eyes, took a few deep breaths, and tried to calm himself down. His heart was filled with complex emotions, but her words made him begin to re-examine his feelings. He knew he needed to understand these feelings, rather than simply being troubled by them. Gradually, he began to accept the challenges of this period and try to find some meaning in them.

“I began to realize,” Huang Feipeng said slowly, “that these feelings might be related to some unresolved issues within me. Perhaps these people or these pressures are actually reflecting some kind of need or fear within myself.”

She nodded gently, seemingly encouraging him to continue thinking. "This kind of self-reflection is important. Understanding your own inner needs and fears can help you better cope with external pressures. You can try to understand the reasons behind these feelings instead of simply running away from them."

Huang Feipeng's gaze returned to the window. He began to notice the crowd outside, and although the noise was still there, he started to observe it from a different perspective. He gradually understood that these people and this pressure might be part of his personal growth. He began to feel a new understanding, realizing that these external troubles might be a manifestation of unmet needs deep within him.
