Chapter 87 Dried Sweet Potatoes

Chen Wenfang then went to wash the tea tray, cut a piece of cotton cloth to cover the tray, and washed two clam shells for later use.
Once the sweet potatoes are fully cooked, mash them one by one in the pot with a spatula. Put the mashed sweet potatoes in a basin and place it on the straw laid out outside. Cover the tray with a cotton cloth and scrape the mashed sweet potatoes onto it in the shape of the tray, shaping it into a square. Chen Wenfang scraped a few pieces of dried sweet potato and then handed the tray cloth to Aunt Liu so she could try. Aunt Liu was skillful and learned immediately.
