Actually, these two people are relatives of Liu Weidong. The older one is named Liu Yongfu, who is Liu Weidong's uncle. The younger one is named Liu Guoxing, who is Liu Yongfu's son and Liu Weidong's cousin.

However, Liu Weidong's dislike for these two was no less than his dislike for Zhao Baojun. If he hadn't just been reborn and busy making money, he would definitely have found a way to teach them a lesson!

Although both of them were very close relatives of Liu Weidong, what they did to his family was extremely excessive.

When Liu Weidong's grandfather retired from the factory, his uncle Liu Yongfu took over his job, becoming a city dweller with a secure livelihood. Liu Weidong's father, on the other hand, got nothing and had to stay in the countryside to farm.

Even so, Liu Yongfu was still not satisfied. Taking advantage of his position at the factory, he took the old man's retirement pension every month, leaving him not a single penny. At the same time, he used the excuse of poor housing conditions in the city to send the old man to the countryside and neglect him, leaving him entirely to be cared for by Liu Weidong's family.

But after Liu Weidong's grandfather passed away, Liu Yongfu shamelessly came knocking, demanding a share of the old house in the countryside. He even claimed that he was also the old man's son and therefore deserved a portion of the house!

Liu Weidong's parents were honest people and easily manipulated by Liu Yongfu. He agreed to give the guy 150 yuan, which would be considered as buying half of the house under his name.

That was over a hundred yuan in the 1970s, an astronomical sum for a farming family. To pay back the money as soon as possible, Liu Weidong's parents worked themselves to the bone, developing health problems in the process, and finally managed to save enough.

Liu Weidong and Wang Shujuan, who were still very young at the time, also suffered a lot. They rarely ate meat, even during the Spring Festival. Every time they saw their friends eating delicious food, they felt so hungry that their stomachs were knotted up.

Although Liu Weidong had lived two lives, that terrifying feeling was still deeply etched in his mind, and he had never forgotten it.

Later, Liu Weidong's parents died in an accident, and Liu Weidong personally went to the city to inform Liu Yongfu's family. However, the family didn't offer any thanks, and didn't even attend Liu Weidong's parents' funeral!

In Liu Weidong's view, the relationship between the two families ended there, and the best outcome would be for them to never see each other again. The fact that he didn't try to punish Liu Yongfu's family was already a great favor to them!

But today, Liu Yongfu actually brought his son to the door, clearly not holding back any good intentions, which made Liu Weidong secretly wary.

Liu Yongfu and his son did not see Liu Weidong and continued to bang on the door. Liu Guoxing shouted, "Wang Shujuan, we know you're in there. Open the door! This house belongs to half of our family. Why won't you let us in?"

Liu Yongfu also shouted, "Shujuan, I'm your uncle! How can you lock your elder out? That's outrageous!"

This father and son are alike; they immediately try to occupy the moral high ground, they really have no shame whatsoever.

Liu Weidong sneered inwardly, took two steps forward, and shouted, "Liu Guoxing, don't talk nonsense here!"

Liu Yongfu and his son quickly turned around and saw Liu Weidong.

Liu Guoxing stared greedily at Liu Weidong's Phoenix brand bicycle and loudly retorted, "Liu Weidong, where did I talk nonsense?"

"This house was bought by my parents with their hard-earned money, a full 150 yuan, 150 yuan in 1976!" Liu Weidong shouted. "Our two families even had a written agreement back then. My dad bought the house left by my grandfather for 150 yuan! Many of our neighbors are witnesses. This house has nothing to do with you!"

Liu Weidong was indeed speaking the truth, and many villagers who were watching the spectacle nodded in agreement. Everyone knew something about what Liu Yongfu's family had done, and now they were pointing fingers at the father and son, saying that they had gone too far.

The accusations from the crowd made Liu Yongfu somewhat embarrassed. He quickly forced a smile and said to Liu Weidong, "Weidong, your uncle has something important to discuss with you this time. Quickly tell your sister to open the door and let us in. Let's have a good talk as a family!"

Now that the old man knows to say they're all family, Liu Weidong is even more certain that he has ill intentions, but he still shouts loudly into the door, "Sister, I'm back, open the door!"

In fact, Wang Shujuan was inside the door, but this girl was gentle and kind and not stupid, so no matter how much Liu Yongfu and his son knocked on the door, she didn't say a word.

Hearing Liu Weidong's voice, Wang Shujuan breathed a sigh of relief and quickly opened the courtyard gate to him, saying, "Weidong, you're finally back!"

Liu Yongfu and his son hadn't had any contact with Liu Weidong's family for several years. When they first saw Wang Shujuan, who had grown into a beautiful young woman, they were all amazed by her.

Liu Yongfu was alright; after all, he was getting old, and he just thought the girl was getting prettier and prettier.

Liu Guoxing, however, was completely captivated by Wang Shujuan. He leered at her and greeted her with a shameless grin: "Oh, isn't this Sister Shujuan? Long time no see..."

Liu Guoxing's appearance terrified Wang Shujuan, who quickly retreated into the courtyard, but the shameless man still wanted to follow her in.

Liu Weidong wasn't about to tolerate this kind of person. He grabbed Liu Guoxing's shoulder and yanked him backward forcefully. Caught off guard, Liu Guoxing staggered backward and landed hard on his backside.

Liu Weidong then took the opportunity to block the doorway, showing no intention of letting the two people in.

Liu Guoxing stood up awkwardly, pointed at Liu Weidong, and shouted, "Liu Weidong, what do you mean by this?"

"What I mean is, you're not welcome here. If you have something to say, say it at the door!" Liu Weidong glanced at Liu Guoxing and coldly warned him, "If you keep pointing and gesturing like this, don't blame me for being impolite!"

"Guoxing, we're all family, don't hold it against your brother!" Liu Yongfu, who needed Liu Weidong's help, glared at his son and said to Liu Weidong with a smile, "Weidong, actually, your uncle and brother came to see you because they have something to discuss!"

Liu Weidong just looked at the guy with a cold smile, not bothering to pay him any attention.

Seeing that Liu Weidong didn't respond, Liu Yongfu could only awkwardly continue, "Uncle, did you hear that you sold your job quota at the machinery factory before the New Year and got several hundred yuan?"

At this point, Liu Yongfu smiled broadly and clapped his hands, saying, "Isn't this a coincidence? Your brother is getting married in May, and the bride's family wants us to prepare three turns and one ring. Since you happen to have some spare cash, why not support your uncle a little? We're all family, we should help each other out, don't you think?"

Hearing Liu Yongfu's words, Liu Weidong almost laughed out of anger. The two families had completely fallen out, and this guy, knowing he was rich, came knocking on their door demanding a share. He had never seen such a shameless person!
