Berserk: The Prophet
Chapter 90 Goddess of Justice?
.........
A flash of white light, and Green and the two people behind him were swept into an endless pure white world. Looking up, they saw pure white quartz stairs that seemed to have no end. The light above was so holy that it was blinding, making it difficult to even look up in awe.
The light gradually solidified into a tangible woman, like a goddess from Greek mythology, wearing a star crown, sacred and inviolable. She was only draped in a pure white silk robe to cover her body, and had a pure gold anklet on her ankle. In her left hand she held a torch that seemed to be formed from lightning and thunder. She walked down the steps barefoot. Her body was beyond the comprehension of ordinary people.
Her divine gaze was fixed on Grin, whose hands were bleeding from gripping the dragon horns so tightly. Then, her gaze shifted to Trunks, one of her servants.
Trunks was stunned. That sacred and majestic aura of justice could only belong to the goddess of justice, Astalia. Seeing the goddess's gaze shift to him, Trunks immediately smoothed the air in front of him and the cloak that wasn't behind him with his left hand, placed his right hand on his chest, knelt on one knee, and lowered his noble head, devoutly awaiting the goddess's instructions, as if looking at her for even a second longer would be a desecration.
Having never seen such a sight before, Seranti could only kneel down on one knee along with Trunks. Although he did not believe in any gods, the inexplicable scene before him was undeniably convincing.
"As my subordinate... Commander Trunks, from this day forward, this child will be blessed by justice in the Holy Dragon Knights. Please ensure that every Holy Dragon Knight acknowledges him, protects him, and bravely defends him on the battlefield! Until he leaves the land belonging to Barkley and returns to the continent of Pendor!!"
"As you wish, my goddess, I swear on my life that I will protect him on this land with my strong body and flesh!!" Trunks spoke with utmost sincerity, his originally lofty faith now reaching its peak.
Astalia nodded slightly.
“Remember your oath, Trunks... Keep everything you see and know about me tonight a secret, understand?”
"I will heed the goddess's teachings!!" Trunks said with utmost solemnity.
Astalia's eyes swept over the half-elf hybrid who had been secretly observing her, then she smiled kindly at Grin, who was still staring at her in a daze, before turning and disappearing down the stone steps in a streak of light.
Seranti felt a cold sweat pour down his back. That look contained authority, a warning, as if his past intentions toward Grimm had been seen through, and... don't mess with him.
A dazzling white light surrounded them, and the group returned to the top of the dragon's head. The cold touch brought them back to their senses, and Trunks only dared to slowly open his eyes at this moment. He would probably never forget the goddess's pure white and holy figure for the rest of his life.
Seranti slowly stood up, trembling slightly, and stood there blankly for a moment, seemingly lost in thought.
"Green!"
Trunks strode over to Grin's side. Since the goddess had chosen him to protect someone, he would naturally take full responsibility. He would train this child to be the next leader of the Holy Dragon Knights!
"Green?!"
When Trunks walked up to Green and patted him on the shoulder, he realized something was wrong with the boy. Green had fainted in his arms, his body burning with an unusually high fever despite the cold snow—it was red fever!
Seranti, recovering from the intense mental shock, rushed over to check on the situation...

Pandora's Realm.
Astalia: "........."
Astalia, who passed through the portal, instantly transformed into the appearance of a Greek boy, and the Thunder Torch in her hand had already turned into a golden spear and was returned to her original sea of consciousness.
His gaze fell on the somewhat thin boy by the stone table, and he sighed.
"Yumi."
"Heh, Ata! You're so careless, but I've already covered up the aftershocks of that power!"
The dark blue-haired boy was so thin that even the Heaton shoulder cape and the red Clemens short cloak on his body couldn't hide his frail appearance. Despite his weakness, he was still teasing the owl on his shoulder and feeding it golden wheat grains.
"...I've done as you said. What are you planning to do next?"
"Well, I also hope that I can give him some inspiration and help, but I'm too weak right now, so I'll just wait and see!"
The boy called Yumi thought for a while, flipped through the Codex of Order on the table, and seemed too weak to think too much. He rested his hands on the books on the stone table and wearily propped up his eyelids to keep going.
"Thank you, Ata..."
Yumi fell asleep again on the stone table, and the Codex disappeared with it, while the owl hooted anxiously beside Yumi.
"Ugh..."
The blond boy called Ata sighed again. Yumi, who had been cursed by the serpent god, was growing weaker and weaker and was about to disappear. The serpent god Azdahaka and the evil god Ereda Oxso, who had been sealed away by the combined efforts of several gods, were gradually reviving. Their followers were still rampaging through the land where magic had disappeared.
It would be very troubling if Yumi couldn't awaken in the next War of the Gods. Perhaps the next fragmented Pendor would be Barkley, and the shrewdness of the Barkleys seems to be plunging the kingdom into a strange atmosphere. Several internal struggles and the independence of Mertenheim have all meant that Barkley has been severely weakened, and a deeper storm seems to be brewing as the old king's health declines. Is this a curse cast by an evil god? Or... is it the greed of humanity itself at work?
As the deity to whom Barkley's faith was based, Astalia could sense something unusual. In order to reduce the infiltration of evil forces into the rift, the mortal realm was no longer abundant with magic, and the so-called gods were unable to cross this chasm to descend to the mortal realm and directly change the world.
Ata picked up Yumi's emaciated body and carried him toward his temple. Order... needed new hope to awaken it. He hoped that the so-called child of prophecy wouldn't disappoint him too much.

Time rewinds to the Elf Forest.
Through the Oracle's manipulation, a new life is silently descending upon the cabin of the cruel Noldor warlord, and also the protector of the Noldor homeland—Lord Aldarian.
Unbeknownst to all the elves, a new name, Koularis, had been added to their memories. He was the only offspring of Lord Aldarian, the son of Lord Aldarian and the elf he had loved in his youth.
As for how his lover died, no one dared to mention it in his presence. The only thing known was that he hated the Gatu people and all of humanity in the world.
