As two of the best small-ball centers in the NBA, Dilraba is often compared to Anthony Davis. What are the differences between them?

Offensively, Anthony Davis's three-point shooting isn't great, but it's still better than Dilraba's. In terms of ball-handling, neither is top-tier, but Davis has more options, especially when attacking aggressively. When Davis is hot, he can carry the offense, something Dilraba can't do. Off-ball offense is also better for Davis; his ability to finish plays is among the best in the league's centers. Their passing abilities are roughly equal; neither is a great passer, but both are adequate. Defensively, both are excellent at switching, helping, and one-on-one defense, but Davis excels at rim protection. Davis's rim protection is truly outstanding, comparable to a shot-blocking monster, and he also protects the defensive rebounds.

Dilraba has few advantages over Anthony Davis, but there's one point many people overlook: she's more durable and has thicker skin. This is actually quite important. We all know Kawhi Leonard is a great player, but he just doesn't play. What good is it if you're always watching from the sidelines in a suit and tie?
