Liuli thought for a moment, "This servant remembers that at that time, Miss said that in the business world, people will only pay special attention to you if your interests are related to theirs."

"That's right, and that statement applies to today's situation as well."

Liuli was a little confused by what Murong Xuewei said. "Miss, I don't understand what you mean."

"Come on, Liuli, I'll take you to see someone." Murong Xuewei's lips curled into a mysterious smile.

Although Liuli was puzzled, she obediently followed Murong Xuewei into the carriage.

The carriage made several turns before finally stopping in front of a secluded courtyard.

Murong Xuewei led Liuli into the courtyard, where they saw a man and a woman sitting there, both looking worried.

"Young Master Zhou, it's been a long time." Murong Xuewei walked up to one of the young men with a smile.

This man was none other than Madam Lin's younger brother, Zhou Feng.

When Zhou Feng saw Murong Xuewei, he was taken aback at first, then protectively pulled his wife behind him and asked warily, "Who are you?"

"I heard that Young Master Zhou has recently encountered some trouble, so I came here specifically to help him." Murong Xuewei maintained her polite smile.

"Who exactly are you, and why are you helping me?" Zhou Feng asked with disdain.

"Young Master Zhou, please be patient and let me finish speaking." Murong Xuewei gestured for Zhou Feng to calm down.

"I know that Young Master Zhou moved out because of a conflict with his family. You must not have much money left since you left."

Zhou Feng nervously looked at his own clothes and then at his wife's clothes.

Zhou Feng looked at Murong Xuewei warily. "You investigated me?"

“Young Master Zhou, you’ve misunderstood. I told you I’m here to help you,” Murong Xuewei said sincerely.

"How do you want to help me?" Zhou Feng couldn't help but relent.

Seeing that Zhou Feng had agreed, Murong Xuewei sat down opposite him and said, "Of course, I'll help you return to the Zhou family."

"You really are the old man's people. Get out of my house! I don't need your help!" Zhou Feng urged Murong Xuewei excitedly.

"Young Master Zhou, do you really understand your parents?" Murong Xuewei suddenly asked, looking at the agitated Zhou Feng.

Zhou Feng fell silent.

"Do they even understand me? Have they ever cared about me?" Zhou Feng's expression became even more agitated.

"Do you really think they don't care about you? If they didn't care about you, why would they send people to watch you all the time and try to help you in every possible way?" Murong Xuewei continued.

"What do you mean?" Zhou Feng was somewhat shaken.

"Are you really unaware, or are you pretending to be ignorant? Do you think you can easily find such a quiet, spacious, and inexpensive courtyard in a place like Ningcheng?" Murong Xuewei glanced at a two-story courtyard not far away.

That courtyard was the same one where Zhou Feng's parents lived.

"But if they really cared about me, they wouldn't have forced me to marry a woman I don't love!" Zhou Feng's emotions became even more agitated.

"But have you ever thought that they are doing this for your own good?" Murong Xuewei asked rhetorically.

"For my own good? I don't need that kind of good. I'm not a child anymore. I have my own ideas!" Zhou Feng sneered.

"Your parents only wanted you to marry that woman because they hoped you would marry a virtuous wife who could take care of you and keep you company." Murong Xuewei's tone was gentle, yet every word was precious.

Zhou Feng was stunned; he had never thought about this question before.

“Your parents are getting old, and their greatest wish is to see you settle down, start a family, and live a happy life,” Murong Xuewei continued.

“But they’ve never told me any of this!” Zhou Feng’s voice trembled slightly.

“Parents who love their children plan far ahead for them. If you really want to prove yourself to your parents, you should go out and create your own world, instead of acting impulsively and running away from home.” Murong Xuewei gave Zhou Feng an affirming look.

“But…” Zhou Feng wanted to say something, but was interrupted by Murong Xuewei.

"No buts, give yourself a chance, and give your parents a chance too," Murong Xuewei encouraged.

"Who exactly are you, and why are you telling me all this?" Zhou Feng looked at Murong Xuewei with suspicion.

Murong Xuewei smiled gently, "I'm a good friend of Sister Nie. I didn't want to see your sister always looking so worried about you, so I came to help her solve a problem."

"Thank you for telling me all this. I'll go back tomorrow and apologize to my parents," Zhou Feng said sincerely.

"Don't wait until tomorrow, you can apologize today."

"Today," Zhou Feng looked at Murong Xuewei with a puzzled expression.

Murong Xuewei was whispered a few words to by Liuli, and soon Liuli arrived with the Zhou family elders.

Zhou Feng walked up to his parents and knelt down with a thud: "Father, Mother, your son is unfilial and has made you worry."

Zhou Feng's parents burst into tears and hugged their son tightly, saying, "It's good that you're back, it's good that you're back."

Murong Xuewei and Liuli stood quietly to the side, watching this touching scene.

"Miss Murong, thank you." Zhou Feng's father walked up to Murong Xuewei and said gratefully.

"Mr. Zhou, you're too kind. I only did what I should do," Murong Xuewei said with a slight smile.

“No, without you, we don’t know when our family would be able to reunite,” Zhou Feng’s mother said.

“Yes, Miss Murong, you are truly a benefactor to our family,” Zhou Feng said.

“Young Master Zhou, you flatter me. I only wish your family happiness,” Murong Xuewei said.

"Miss Murong, rest assured, I will definitely take good care of my parents and manage the family business well. I will not let you down," Zhou Feng assured him.

"I believe you." Murong Xuewei nodded.

"Miss Murong, I have other matters to attend to, so I'll take my leave now," Zhou Feng said.

"Alright, take care, Young Master Zhou," Murong Xuewei said.

Zhou Feng and his family of three left the courtyard, and Murong Xuewei and Liuli also prepared to leave.

"Miss, you are truly amazing. You resolved the conflict between the Zhou father and son with just a few words," Liuli said admiringly.

"It's not that I'm particularly good; it's just that I've seen more than others. Master Zhou may seem strict with his children, but he really wants them to have a good future. Zhou Feng may seem rebellious, but he just wants to prove to Master Zhou that he's no longer a child and can stand on his own," Murong Xuewei said calmly.

"Miss, but why are you helping the Zhou family?" Liuli asked, puzzled.

"I'm not helping the Zhou family, I'm helping ourselves." Murong Xuewei's lips curled into a confident smile.

Liuli was confused again: "Help myself? How is that helping?!"

"Let's go back." Murong Xuewei turned and left.

The next day, Madam Lin personally visited Murong Xuewei and brought a new contract.

"Miss Murong, thank you for everything you've done for me," Madam Lin said gratefully.

"Madam Lin, you're too kind. It's what I should do." Murong Xuewei took the contract, examined it carefully, and nodded in satisfaction.
