The Great Dao refers to the laws of nature, which is the path to immortality. A thousand people will have a thousand different understandings of the Great Dao. The Great Dao is infinite, while the Heavenly Dao has its limits.”

Tang Doudou asked in confusion, "Master, what is your understanding of the Great Dao?"

Bai Feiyu glanced at Tang Doudou and continued, "From the moment we are born, we are subject to the workings of the Heavenly Dao. Cultivation, however, is defying the Heavenly Dao, a rebellion against everything it has ordained. If you are just an ordinary person, you only have a few decades to break through the Foundation Establishment stage. You can extend that time to over a hundred years. The higher your cultivation, the longer your lifespan. The word 'Heaven' itself signifies the pinnacle. For most people, the Heavenly Dao is the limit, a path they can never break through in their lifetime. But those who can break through this limit walk the Great Dao. Unfortunately, I have yet to comprehend my own Dao!"

The disciples fell into deep thought.

This was also the first time Tang Doudou had heard of the Great Dao and the Heavenly Dao. She remembered that there were many stories in the book about cultivating the ruthless Dao and killing one's wife to prove the Dao!

"Tang Doudou, tell me your thoughts." Bai Feiyu looked at Tang Doudou, who was nodding.
