When Ryanley received Jessica's invitation, he was filled with indescribable surprise and joy.

Since reuniting with Jessica, he has used every means to drive away all the female insects around this male insect. Although Jessica is still very resistant to him, Ryanley is still preparing to break through his psychological defenses step by step.

In the fourth star system, Ryanley was certain that he was Jessica's best choice.

Standing at the door of the male insect's house, looking at Jessica's simple and narrow security door, Ryan couldn't help but frown. He thought to himself that if Jessica could accept him sooner and forget about all those trivial matters from the past, then he, a male insect, wouldn't have to keep crammed into this narrow apartment building.

Ryanley prepared a magnificent estate for Jessica, and the wealth he provided was enough to allow her to live a comfortable life comparable to that of the noble male insects living in the First Star System.

“Your Excellency…” When the door opened and Ryanley saw the male insect’s face revealed inside, his smile froze on his face before it could fully open.

His keen eyes noticed that there were some clothes on the clothes rack in the room that did not belong to the male insect.

"Lady Jessica, are there any insects in your house?" Renley asked, squeezing into the room while scanning the space for any possible insects.

This rude behavior made Jessica frown, but Afro's response to Ryanley in the living room made the male's hair stand on end.

"Honey, who's here?"

Jessica felt a shiver run down her spine from the overly sweet, coquettish voice.

Avdro appeared before the two insects with a beaming smile, his gaze deliberately falling on Ryanley, scrutinizing him without any attempt to hide it: "So it's Lord Ryanley." Avdro stretched out a claw and positioned it between Ryanley and Jessica, pulling Jessica into his arms and smilingly saying, "I am Colonel Avdro of the Fourth Star System Legion. It's a pleasure to meet you."

Ryanley recognized the insect in front of him at a glance:

"Aren't you Eros?"

He stared at Afro's claws landing on Jessica's shoulder, finding it excessively irritating: "I didn't expect you to reappear after disappearing for so many years."

Afro's smile faded slightly: "Your Excellency has probably mistaken the insect for someone else. I do not know the Eros you are talking about."

"However, I have long heard of Mr. Ryanley's business achievements."

“Is that so? That’s an honor, Colonel,” Ryanley said. “But I’m curious, do you have some important business to discuss at Lady Jessica’s house?”

“There’s nothing urgent, but as the female ruler of Jessica’s son, it is my duty to spend my free time with my male ruler. Does Lord Ryanley have any objections?”

"Female?"

Ryanley's brow furrowed sharply, and he looked up at Jessica with an incredulous gaze, as if seeking confirmation from the male insect: "Is she the female ruler or a suitor?"

"Haha." Afro hugged Jessica, not letting him explain, and said with a smug and provocative look on his face, "You probably don't know, but we just went to the Male Insect Protection Association to register our marriage this morning."

"I've heard that you two had a relationship, but it seems that my lord was bullied."

"I suppose the lord invited you here to introduce me, so that you would give up any thoughts of pursuing him."

Afro pulled Jessica closer to his chest. The laser gun he had just put away had somehow reappeared in his hand, the muzzle pressed against Ryanley's chest: "You betrayed, bullied, harassed and pestered me, my solitary male lord. I will settle this score with you one by one."

Ryanley glanced at the laser gun that had landed on his chest, then fixed his gaze on Afdero's eyes, his voice filled with anger: "Settle it? What grounds do you have to settle it with me?!"

"What right do you, the third party who interfered, have to represent him?!"

Ryanley angrily turned to Jessica, only to find that the male insect had no intention of explaining. He bit his lower lip in frustration, gripped the gun that Afdero had pressed against him, and shouted angrily at Jessica, "You say I betrayed you? What about you?"

“Are you an idiot?” Afro pushed Jessica behind him.

"What right do you have to speak here?!" Ryanley saw that Jessica's view was blocked by Afdero and wanted to push away the annoying female insect in front of him, but the other party did not move at all. Instead, with a gust of wind from the palm, Ryanley felt a sharp pain in his cheek and his whole body almost flew up and crashed into the cabinet door next to him.

“!!” Ryanley’s cheeks burned. He reached out and touched the cabinet door to support himself as he stood up. He stared incredulously at Afro, who was twisting his wrist and looking down at him.

“Lady Jessica is a male insect, and male insects never betray their masters,” Afdero mocked. “If it weren’t for the mercy of the male lord, you would have been sold out long ago.”

Ryanley stared at Afdero, ignoring his own swollen forehead and cheeks, and hissed, "So pleased with yourself for being a male insect's dog, who's really the one who's pitiful?!"

Jessica stood behind Afdero, unable to see the expression on his face, but she could see the disheveled Ryanley across from her.

The male insect frowned, an indescribable expression appearing on his face. Finally, he looked at Afdero, who was eager to provoke him, and said, "Enough, female. He already knows I'm married, so he shouldn't bother me anymore."

"Ryanley, you should leave now and never come back."

Afro, standing to the side, added gloatingly, "For the sake of the male lord, you'd better get out of here quickly, or the Male Insect Protection Association will arrest you. Harassing male insects isn't something you can solve with money."

Ryanley awkwardly covered his forehead and glared fiercely at Afdero: "I'll make you regret this."

Afro watched as Ryanley slammed the door and left, then turned to look at Jessica standing beside him before walking into the room on his own.

Jessica followed behind him: "Why did you call him here?"

Aphrodite sat on the edge of the bed and shrugged slightly: "Isn't it good to vent my anger for my lord?"

“From what I know, you’re not the kind of person who would go to such lengths to vent your anger, especially not for your own sake.” Jessica leaned against the door and looked at Afdero. “You’re not just a selfless person, but you’re also not just a troublemaker.”

Hearing this, Aphrodite found it genuinely amusing. He picked up a small medicine bottle from the bedside table and twirled it between his fingers: "I'm just trying to make a lasting impression on him, so he won't forget you."

"If I ever abandon you after starting something, at least you'll have someone to rely on, right?"

Jessica's gaze fell on the medicine bottle at Afdero's fingertips. Her mouth opened silently, but she stopped after seeing the female insect skillfully pour out two white pills and put them into her mouth: "That's a banned drug."

Afro looked at the words on the medicine bottle and smiled dismissively: "Oh, it's nothing."

"I eat it often."
