"Yes, I have considered doing that."

Eros lowered his head and whispered to Cardian, "I'm sorry, I..."

"Did you injure the female father because he was going to do something bad to you?" Kadian tried to keep his voice gentle.

"Yes, he wanted to kill me."

"why?"

Whether the female insects who were tricked into joining the mercenary group will ultimately receive the high wages promised by these shills remains a mystery.
