“You’re not telling the truth, Lan.” Rand emphasized again, his wine-red eyes locking onto the blue-haired female like a hawk's, his voice carrying an irresistible demand:

"If you hide things from me, you will lose many opportunities."

Eros followed Xueang through the military headquarters' corridor, where they saw several squads of female soldiers in silver-white combat uniforms marching past in neat formation.

A female soldier passing by stopped and saluted in Xue Ang's direction.

Xueang returned the salute in kind: "Major Walker."

After they finished speaking, they passed each other, but not long after, Eros saw another pair of female soldiers walking towards him.

Xueang lowered his claws in return, his gaze scrutinizing as he looked at his colleague who was passing by with a group of female soldiers: "Daily patrols usually involve groups of ten insects, with shifts changing every 30 star points."
