"Mr. Gu, are you alright?"

Chen Jie pulled Gu Tianyou out of the car and helped him sit on a bench by the roadside.

Gu Tianyou felt a splitting headache. He touched his forehead and felt a patch of bright red, sticky liquid.

He raised his hand and pointed at Chen Jie, "You... you've lost your year-end bonus."

Chen Jie wept sadly, "President Gu, I know I was wrong."

I took out my phone and dialed 120. The ambulance said they would arrive within 20 minutes.

While Chen Jie was anxiously waiting for the ambulance, he saw a woman in red not far away.

By the light of the street lamp, he could see the woman's face clearly.

He rubbed his eyes hard and couldn't help but call out, "Young Madam!"

Chu Yao was standing very close to Shen Yao and could also hear Chen Jie's voice.

He turned his head and looked in the direction of the sound. The first thing he saw was a shocked Chen Jie and an injured Gu Tianyou lying on a bench.

"Was someone talking just now?" Shen Yao turned to ask Chu Yao.

Chu Yao took a few steps, using his tall stature to block Shen Yao's view.

"You misheard. How could there be someone talking? There are only the two of us now."

Shen Yao frowned. Just as she was about to turn her head to look at Chu Yao, Chu Yao blocked her view again.

Is someone over there?

"No."

"Since you don't have it, let me see."

"Sister, there's a car with its hazard lights flashing this way. Is it looking for you?"

Chu Yao pointed to the G-Class that was driving by not far away.

Shen Yao turned her head and squinted slightly; it was Huangfu Hao's car.

She waved her hands at the G-Wagon.

The G-Wagon turned off its hazard lights and drove towards Shen Yao.

Chu Yao smiled and said, "Right, your friend?"

Shen Yao looked up at the handsome young man in front of her, "Is there something you're hiding from me?"

Chu Yao raised an eyebrow and shrugged slightly. "What do I have to hide from you?"

"Yaoyao, I'm sorry to have kept you waiting." Huangfuhao got out of the car and walked towards Shen Yao with a big smile.

When he saw the tall, handsome boy next to Shen Yao, his eyes behind his glasses gradually turned cold.

Walking up to Shen Yao, Huangfu Hao looked at the boy and asked casually, "Yao Yao, who is he?"

Shen Yao thought for a moment, "One of my former patients."

Huangfu Hao breathed a sigh of relief and adjusted his glasses with his long arm. "Patient, why are you standing here so late, dressed so strangely?"

Chu Yao was dressed as a clown today, and although he removed the makeup, he was still wearing a red suit and trousers. Standing under the streetlight, he was indeed quite conspicuous.

"I'm willing, is that not allowed?" Chu Yao put his hands in his pockets and raised his thick eyebrows.

Huangfu Hao smiled and said, "Sure, it has nothing to do with me anyway."

Chu Yao snorted coldly, "Since it has nothing to do with you, shut up."

"Young Madam, it really is you!" Just as Huangfu Hao and Chu Yao were looking at each other with dislike, Chen Jie jogged over.

Shen Yao frowned and stared at Chen Jie, asking suspiciously, "Who are you? Why are you calling people randomly?"

Seeing the unfamiliarity in Shen Yao's eyes, Chen Jie forced a sad smile onto his face. "Young Madam, it's me, Chen Jie. Don't you remember me?"

"What Chen or Xin? Don't bother Yao Yao anymore!" Huangfu Hao saw Chen Jie suddenly appear and immediately blocked Shen Yao's way, pushing Chen Jie far away.

Chen Jie bumped into the advertising pillar behind him and let out a muffled groan.

He looked at Shen Yao with disbelief: "Young Madam, don't you remember me?"
