"Then, we asked if we could add those sugar granules, and the eldest said yes, so we all added sugar granules, and it was so delicious!" Teddy said.

Athena nodded repeatedly beside her. "The boss asked me how I was feeling, and I said I was okay. Then she said I could talk to her if I ran into any trouble. She's a really nice person."

“The best stepbrother gave me three ice cream cones, three!” Trinity said.

Sienna watched with growing horror as her sisters talked incessantly. Teddy, usually the quietest and most peaceful of the sisters, was now jumping around on the bed, while Athena paced in small circles in the center of the room.

Trinity made no attempt to hide her excitement; the girl was practically everywhere, running around and bumping into her from time to time, falling to the ground only to bounce back up and keep running.

“What…what did you do to them?” Sienna asked.

The mother seemed extremely pleased with her "masterpiece." "I do this to all the children I temporarily look after," she said.

I gave them sweets, all sorts of nice things, and gave them the attention they craved. Now, they're all in your hands.

“Mom!” Sienna said in a low voice.

"Oh, don't be like that. They'll quiet down soon." She glanced at her sisters, but they clearly had no intention of quieting down. "They'll quiet down soon."

She cleared her throat. "Anyway, I have to go back. I took the bus from the bus stop near my guesthouse, and I don't want to walk all the way back. I've already walked enough today, I think."

“We can take you back to the bus stop,” Sienna said.

“I can walk to the bus stop by myself, honey,” Mom said.

Sienna shook her head. "It's alright. Besides, I want these three guys to use up their excess energy, to use up as much as possible."

Mom hesitated for a moment, then nodded. "Sure, why not? They're still wearing their outdoor clothes anyway."

"Is it not too cold outside?" Sienna asked. The weather was starting to get cooler, but winter was becoming milder and the cold weather was coming later in the year.

"Oh dear, just you wait and see, it'll take quite a bit of work to dress these five little ones in winter clothes."

Sienna led her sisters out of the room and to the elevator, where their mother was waiting.

While waiting for the elevator, Athena started chatting with her mother. When the elevator arrived at their floor, Sam came out looking surprised. She stood close to the corridor wall so that her sisters could pass through.

Sienna glanced at her apologetically. Sam, who lived in the room across the hall, was a nice girl, but Sienna wasn't sure if she could convince her not to tell the dorm supervisor about her sisters.

This is yet another reason to hurry up and find a better place to stay.

They walked out of the dormitory building and onto a relatively quiet path on campus. There were a few other students outside, but they were all quite quiet, heading home after a long day.

If it were a weekend or Friday night, the outside atmosphere might be more festive, but right now, the campus is cool and quiet.

“Have you noticed anything while we’ve been out?” Sienna’s mother asked.

Sienna breathed on her hands to warm them up.

She had just put her hands down when Teddy grabbed one of her hands and Trinity grabbed the other. She smiled. "Well, I've studied some things carefully, and I think I... I guess I have a plan."

"That's great! How confident are you?"

"To be honest, I'm not very confident, but it's a start, after all. I should know more by tomorrow. I plan to go out and investigate a few things in person, even if I don't find anything useful."

“You’ll definitely be fine, I believe in you. If you encounter any difficulties, your father and I will do our best to help you. You’re not alone in facing these things, Sienna.”

“Yeah, boss, I’m here too,” Teddy said.

“And all of us,” Athena said, giving Teddy a glare.

"Thank you all," Sienna said quickly, to prevent them from starting to argue again about who was the most useful.

The bus stop didn't seem as far as Sienna remembered, but then again, she used to spend most of her time running around the city.

They waited a few minutes for the bus to arrive. During those few minutes, the mother chatted idly, talking about work, gossip about the neighbors, and even mentioning some of Sienna's old classmates.

Athena listened from the side, while Sienna's other two sisters played nearby, but always remained within Sienna's sight.

The bus screeched to a halt, and Sienna hugged her mother tightly. Immediately, her younger sisters also came over to hug their mother.

As a result, the elderly woman hurriedly ran to the car, and the driver, seeing this, was very dissatisfied with the time wasted.

The bus drove away, and Sienna let out a long breath, which turned into a puff of white mist in the cold air. "Alright, let's go back to the dorm," she said.

“I’ll reserve the bathroom first,” Teddy said.

“You can’t take up the bathroom!” Trinity said. “I need to use it too.”

“I need it more,” Teddy said.

“I hold my pee three times as much as you do!” Trinity emphasized.

Sienna rubbed her nose. "Trinity, Teddy, please keep your voices down. Let's... figure out how to handle this when we get back to the dorm."

Sienna didn't have much time to think on the way back to the dormitory, since she had to keep an eye on her younger sisters.

She still planned to go out in the morning to talk to Sement about the business deals Sement had been involved in before. If she could have a stable source of income, everything else would be much easier.

They returned to the dormitory building, went up to the fifth floor, and were walking towards Sienna's room when Sienna saw that Sam's door was open.

Sam poked his head out, saw Sienna, and grinned. "Hey, neighbor," she said, "can I, well, say something to you?"

"Okay, sure, but, um, can I have a minute?"

She opened her bedroom door and let her sisters in. As soon as they entered, they started arguing about the bathroom and other things. Sienna figured they wouldn't be able to think about anything else for the time being. "Alright, what is it?"

Sam bit his lower lip, then looked down the hallway. “Let’s talk in my room, it’ll be more private.”

Sienna hesitated for a moment, but Sam had already started to walk back, and she couldn't refuse. Moreover, the increasingly awkward atmosphere made her follow Sam into the room.

This room has the exact same layout as Sienna's room, at least the floor plan is the same, but the decoration is completely different.

On the shelf above Sam's bed were many certificates of merit, and a row of shiny football trophies were neatly arranged.

There were posters of some unknown bands on the wall, and next to the desk was a large desktop computer, much bigger than Sienna's desk.

There were still a lot of clothes lying on the floor next to the bathroom, and half of them were piled up in a basket next to it.

Strangely enough, even though Sienna's sisters lived in her room, it was actually cleaner. "So, um, what do you want to talk about?" Sienna asked.

Sam walked past her and closed the door. "Well, this is a bit strange," she said, walking to the bedside and sitting on the edge, where she was almost as tall as Sienna.

"Um, you're a villain, right?"

Sienna's heart skipped a beat, then skipped another.

“Hey, hey, don’t be nervous,” Sam said. “Listen, we haven’t talked much, but you look pretty cool.”

So, you might not know this, but I majored in psychology. So far, it's been pretty easy for me. But I'm an ambitious girl, you know that?

I don't want to just be a therapist with no reputation in a small town, you understand?

“Hmm…what?” Sienna asked.

“I wanted to make a discovery, I wanted my name to appear in a textbook,” Sam continued. “So when I found out that the girl living across from me was a villain, I told myself, this is an opportunity.”

Sienna shook her head, trying to bring herself back to her senses.

She has the ability to teleport one of her sisters to her side, but this will definitely alert her other sisters.

She has to choose who to teleport over. Athena is the smartest; if the other sisters suddenly disappear, she'll definitely be the first to notice something's wrong. Maybe she should choose Teddy?

However, Trinity will run back to her room to call the others, which will also help her.

“That’s when I had this brilliant idea,” Sam said. “I want to be your subordinate.”

Sienna blinked. "Huh?"

"Yes, you see, I can record and test the psychological state of a real villain. Although it's not particularly scientific, it's still much better than what others can do. And as everyone knows, the most interesting scientific research is often related to crime."

“No…no,” Sienna said.

Sam pouted. "Don't be like that, please! I'm good material to be a subordinate, and I even have a car!"

Sienna knew in her heart that this was a crazy and terrible idea, crazy and terrible from any angle.
