Shen Yunxi didn't die? How could that be! She clearly remembered that Shen Yunxi was on the verge of death when her bribed subordinate ruthlessly kicked her off a cliff. That cliff was towering into the clouds; a fall from it would have been certain death. How could there possibly be any hope of survival?

Her mind was in chaos, her thoughts racing like wild horses, desperately trying to find a reasonable explanation, but she just couldn't accept the reality before her.

The others present were also stunned, their faces filled with disbelief, as if they had been struck by lightning.

The news of the eldest daughter of the Shen family falling off a cliff six years ago had already spread throughout the capital. Now, this woman, who should have perished, is standing alive in front of everyone. How can this not be shocking?

"Yunxi, it really is you! It really is you!" Shen Shenxing's voice trembled, tears streaming down his face. He rubbed his eyes in disbelief, confirming the person in front of him once more: "My Yunxi, it really is you who has returned!"

He staggered forward a few steps, his hands trembling, wanting to touch but not daring to, as if afraid that everything before him was just a dream.

"I knew it, I knew you were still alive!" He choked up, his voice hoarse. "Where have you been all these years? You've suffered so much..."

Shen Yunxi's eyes reddened, and her nose stung. She stepped forward and tightly grasped Shen Shenxing's trembling hands, feeling the coldness of his palms. Her heart was filled with even more guilt. She said in a slightly choked voice, "Grandpa, I'm sorry for making you worry all these years."

She paused, her throat felt like it was blocked, and swallowed hard before continuing, "Yunxi is unfilial, causing you, sir, to suffer."

She gently supported Shen Shenxing, tears welling up in her eyes and dripping onto the back of Shen Shenxing's hand: "I'm back, Grandpa."

Bai Zhenting frowned impatiently, his displeasure spreading across his face. He snorted coldly, his tone carrying a hint of warning: "I said, have you all finished catching up?"

He paused, his tone growing colder and carrying an undeniable authority: "I'll say it one last time, hand over Shen Wanqing right now!"

He suddenly flicked his sleeve, and a sharp aura emanated from him. "Otherwise, I'll make your Shen family disappear from this world!"

Before Shen Yunxi could speak, Shen Ruoyu shoved Shen Wanqing hard and said in a childish voice, "Don't disturb my mother and great-grandfather's reunion. Shen Wanqing is here, do whatever you want with her!"

Shen Wanqing suddenly snapped back to reality, her mind a jumble of chaos, overwhelmed by a tidal wave of fear. She instinctively took two steps back, her face ashen, her lips trembling as she let out a terrified scream: "Ah! A ghost!"

She pointed at Shen Yunxi, her voice trembling so much it was almost inaudible, her eyes filled with disbelief and terror, as if she had seen a demon crawling out of hell.

Shen Shenxing frowned deeply as he looked at Shen Wanqing's distraught appearance, a hint of displeasure flashing in his eyes. Shen Yunxi, on the other hand, looked at her with a half-smile, a chill in her eyes, and silently mouthed, "I'm back, Shen Wanqing. I've come to take revenge on you."

Shen Wanqing was terrified, her face ashen, her lips trembling, barely able to utter a coherent sentence: "You...you..."

Her words were incoherent, her eyes darting around, as if she were seeing a scene from hell.

"It wasn't me... I didn't..." She shook her head desperately, her voice trembling like a withered leaf in the wind: "I didn't kill you! It really wasn't me!"
