It was a giant python even thicker than the previous Azure Scale Python, its entire body as black as ink, exuding a suffocatingly terrifying aura.

Even more terrifying, this giant python had a pair of scarlet fleshy growths on its head, like two eyes, staring intently at Shen Yunxi and Di Xuanshang.

"Damn it! What the hell is this?!" Shen Yunxi couldn't help but curse. Did she forget to check the almanac before going out? Why did she have to go through so much trouble?!

Ignoring her complaints, Di Xuanshang channeled his spiritual energy, shielding Shen Yunxi behind him, and stared at the enormous black python as if facing a formidable enemy. The black python flicked its scarlet tongue, and a stench wafted out, making one want to vomit.

"It seems we're in trouble."

"Hiss—" The black python let out a piercing hiss, and its massive body struck at Di Xuanshang like lightning.
