Leaving the cat's owner's house, Rhine walked happily on his way back.

Sunlight filtered through the leaves, dappling the street, making everything seem so beautiful.

However, he suddenly felt as if someone was following him from behind, and the feeling of being watched made him involuntarily quicken his pace.

He turned around abruptly, wanting to see what was going on, and saw a familiar figure emerge from the corner—it was Tommy.

Rhine said to Tommy, "What? Why are you following me?" His tone was wary.

"Everyone who sees it gets a share! I saw you collect those 10 rubles, so you should at least share some with me."

Tommy said, still unwilling to give up, with a sly smile on his face.

"How dare you say that? If it weren't yours, I would have received it yesterday."

Rhine shook his head speechlessly, astonished by Tommy's shamelessness.

"I've been looking for it for a long time, but you beat me to it."

Tommy complained bitterly, seemingly feeling that he had been treated unfairly.

“What does this have to do with me?” Rine retorted, puzzled by Tommy’s logic.

“It’s none of your business, but look at my face. You hit me yesterday, so you have to pay me some medical expenses.” Tommy pointed to the bruises on his face, looking like a victim.

"Do you believe I can inflict some new wounds on you?"

Rhine glared at Tommy fiercely, a flash of anger in his eyes, clearly extremely impatient with Tommy's persistence.

"Come on, hit me in the face, try to get me into the hospital, and then I'll pay your medical bills while I'm lying in bed."

Tommy, not to be outdone, deliberately puffed out his chest as he spoke, seemingly to provoke Line.

Rhine took a deep breath, trying to suppress his anger. He really hadn't expected to encounter such a scoundrel, and secretly regretted not getting rid of him completely yesterday.

He didn't want to have any more contact with Tommy, so he took a ruble out of his pocket and reluctantly handed it to Tommy, as if every penny was a piece of his flesh being cut off.

"Here, take it. If you do this again, I'll kill you."

As Rhine handed over the money, he didn't forget to issue a warning, his tone carrying a hint of threat, hoping that Tommy would stop there.

"No, no." Tommy smiled and took the money. He hadn't expected to get any money from Rhine.

He glanced sideways at Rhine, secretly pleased with himself. He knew this guy was just like him, both being stingy.

Tommy had a plan in mind all along. He initially just wanted to annoy Rhine, but he didn't expect the guy to be so easily tormented and actually give him the money.

Tommy carefully slipped the ruble into his pocket, giving it a gentle pat to make sure it was safely nestled in the corner.

A smug smile appeared on his face, as if the ruble was worth far more than its face value.

"Then you'd better get out of here. I don't want to see you again." Rhine coldly issued the expulsion order, wishing Tommy would disappear from his sight immediately.

No, I want to be with you.

Tommy deliberately dragged out his words, his tone slightly teasing, as if testing Rhine's reaction.

"Hmm?" Upon hearing this, Rhine frowned slightly, looking at Tommy with suspicion, unsure of what he was up to.

Seeing this, Tommy quickly raised his hands in a reassuring gesture and explained, "Don't worry, don't worry, that's not what I meant. I just wanted to get you involved in making money."

Hearing Tommy's words, Rhine's face was full of distrust. He said sarcastically, "You? If you could make money, would you need to take on this kind of bounty, would you need to come to me for a ruble?"

His tone revealed his disdain for Tommy's abilities, suggesting that only an inexperienced student would believe such a thing.

“I really have an idea, you can listen to it first,” Tommy insisted, his eyes gleaming with a fanatical light, as if he really had a plan.

Rhine hesitated for a moment, but ultimately decided that there was no harm in listening, since he wouldn't lose anything anyway.

He nodded, signaling Tommy to continue, but his expression remained wary, clearly indicating he had reservations about what Tommy was saying.

Seeing Rhine nod, Tommy immediately began to speak with great enthusiasm: "I also came up with this idea based on the bounty for finding the cat. Just think, this one cat-finding mission can earn so much money. If we take on more bounty missions like this in the future, wouldn't we be rich?"

"Where would you find so many opportunities to make a fortune?" Rhine interrupted him, frowning, clearly skeptical of Tommy's idea.

"There aren't many opportunities to find the cat, but there will definitely be plenty of bounty missions," Tommy said confidently.

“I’ve already done my research. Few people pay attention to these little things these days. We can hire more people and register a company to take on these kinds of bounty missions. It’s not just about finding cats; it can also be about catching adulterers, investigating private matters, or finding lost items.”

“Isn’t this what law enforcement does?” Line asked, puzzled by Tommy’s proposed plan.

"Oh dear, law enforcement officers don't have time to deal with such trivial matters."

Tommy waved his hand, looking confident. "We do the things that law enforcement can't or won't do. Of course, if law enforcement can handle something, we can take it on as long as someone is willing to pay. That's our business opportunity: using information and time differences to provide services to our clients."

"But won't we get caught by law enforcement if we do this?"

Rhine was somewhat worried. He didn't fully understand the laws and regulations here and wasn't sure if it was legal for them to accept bounty missions on their own.

"No, no, we are helping others solve their problems. In the end, law enforcement officers should probably thank us for easing their burden."

Tommy smiled and reassured Line, noticing Line's concerns. "Besides," he said, "I can get proper registration certificates to ensure our business is legal and compliant. We'll hire legal counsel to ensure every transaction is within the bounds of the law."

Upon hearing this, Rhine felt a weight lift from his shoulders. He began to imagine that if Tommy's plan could truly come to fruition, it would be a completely new beginning.

He no longer needs to personally travel around looking for bounty missions; instead, he can establish a company and build his own brand.

In that case, more people will come to him for help, and he can hire some employees to handle these matters.

"I think this is a good idea."
