Agreed knelt on the ground, groaning in pain. His skin turned deathly pale, his pupils became bloodshot and red, his ears became slightly pointed, and his teeth became sharp and shaped like those of vampires, which were not conducive to chewing. His fingernails turned black and lengthened, becoming terrifying weapons of attack.

The massive orc army set up camp less than two kilometers from Sunset City. The orc formation was very simple, consisting only of orc infantrymen wearing leather armor and orc cavalrymen riding dire wolves.

Judging from their posture, they would probably finish their rest and begin the siege before noon. But at that moment, Agred made a surprising decision: to launch a surprise attack on the orc camp!

Agreed secretly slipped out of the city alone and arrived at a place not far from the orc camp. Agreed began to chant and then the eighth-tier magic 'Heavenly Fire Praise' was activated. A huge magical halo appeared in the sky, and countless huge fireballs fell from the sky and hit the orc camp.

Caught completely off guard, the orcs were caught off guard by the devastating rain of fire that fell from the sky. Screams and cries of agony filled the air. After casting his spell, Agred immediately used a teleportation spell to retreat. Shortly after he left, an old but powerfully voiced orc descended from the sky and landed where Agred had just been. The orc wore a bone necklace made of the teeth of various creatures around his neck, simple leather armor, and carried a greatsword on his back.

The newcomer was none other than the former orc swordsman 'Kasa'. Kasa looked around for the attacker's trail, but unfortunately found nothing.

At this moment, Kasa turned his gaze to Sunset City and murmured solemnly, "It seems I underestimated humans. I didn't expect such a master to exist in this small border town. To chant an eighth-order spell so subtly and then retreat unscathed, could he be a mage? This battle is going to be tough."

Another day later, at daybreak, the orc army, having rested and regrouped, immediately set off to attack the city, surrounding the only two exits of Sunset City from two directions.

Meanwhile, hundreds of dire wolf riders scouted and supported the troops in the other two directions. As the attack horn sounded, the orcs charged toward the city gate with ladders and battering rams. The archers on the city wall immediately began to fire to stop the orcs' charge. The sharp iron arrows effectively pierced the leather armor of the orcs, but the orcs were much stronger than humans. Some orcs, even with several arrows in their bodies, still charged toward the city wall at an undiminished speed.

At this moment, the strategic significance of the mages became apparent. A group of mages began to unleash large-scale area-of-effect spells into the orc army, such as "Raging Rocks," "Chain Lightning," "Rapid Fireballs," and "Frozen Land." Colorful spells erupted among the orc army, and a group of orcs could be wiped out simply by throwing them in without aiming.

But at that moment, Kasa made his move. A dark figure flew toward the city wall, and in the blink of an eye, several mages were turned into minced meat. Just as Kasa was about to continue slaughtering the defenders, Agreed made his move.

An ice needle pierced towards Kasa from the side. Kasa casually deflected the vicious sneak attack and then turned to look at the attacker.

Agreed stood not far from him and shouted, "Old Sword Saint, do you recognize this?" As he spoke, Agreed waved the magic circle that had already been formed in his hand.

Kasa stared at him, then suddenly realized and replied, "So you're the bastard who raided our camp at night. What are you trying to do?"

Agreed negotiated, "I have an eighth-tier spell in my possession. I think the old swordsman knows very well what would happen to the orc army, which was already weakened by my sneak attack, if it were hit by this spell again."

"So how do you plan to avoid using this magic on the battlefield?" Kasa asked gravely, his intention to compromise quite clear.

"If you fight my team, the orcs win if I die, and the humans win if I live!"
