A post-apocalyptic female soul travels back to the War of Resistance against Japan

The two decided on a whim to go on a big shopping spree, buying everything from clothes to other necessities!

As the two passed by a mechanical parts store, they happened to see the owner put up a sign saying that he was closing down and that everything in the store would be sold at half price.

Cheng Ying and Yu Jianshe were drawn over, looking at the parts and the unfinished product that had already been assembled, though they didn't know what it was.

Cheng Ying asked, "Boss, if I buy all the parts in your shop, can you throw in a robot for assembling small gadgets?"

The young boss asked excitedly, "Miss, are you serious?"

"Are you really sure you can buy everything in my shop?"

"If you can buy them all, I'll give you two of these robots for free!"

Looking at the young boss, who was so excited, Cheng Ying could only say, "Of course I can take it all, but we need to discuss the price. Do you think we can lower the price a bit?"

Cheng Ying used her silver tongue and decided to try and negotiate the price with the young boss again.

The young boss nodded and said, "The price is negotiable, but you have to buy everything in my shop, including all the parts in my factory."

When Cheng Ying and Yu Jianshe heard that this young boss actually had a parts manufacturing factory, they whispered to each other and decided to go and take a look!

Yu Jianshe said to the young boss, "Boss, since we are all sincere, why don't you take us to your factory first? We need to see what you have before we talk about anything else!"

The young boss said happily, "Okay, wait for me a moment!"

After that, the shop owner quickly put everything in the shop and then locked the door.

Then the young boss led them to his processing plant.

They rode in the young boss's hovercar to an inconspicuous little factory on the outskirts of the city.

The young boss scratched his head, somewhat embarrassed, and said:

"Please don't look down on my factory, you two. Don't let its small size fool you, it's packed with stuff. Come on in!"

He brought the quantum computer close to the iron gate, and with a ding, the gate opened.

Indeed, the space inside was quite large. The young owner introduced himself, "I forgot to tell you that my name is Wen Ci. I used to open this small factory with some friends, but they all had their own things to do and withdrew their investment. I also didn't have the ability to support it on my own."

"So I've decided to exchange everything I can for star coins, at least to raise enough capital to avoid losing everything!"

As they talked, they peered into the factory. After walking around and seeing everything, Cheng Ying became even more determined to buy everything there!

They took a look and found that many of the items here were high-quality mechanical parts, and there were quite a few of them. If they were assembled, they would be indispensable for any kind of production line.

Yu Jianshe then said, "I believe you know all the parts here. When these parts are assembled, they are not the kind of delicate little objects."

Wen Ci was not embarrassed when she was told that. "That's true. It's absolutely impossible to use the very delicate electronic parts here. But to be honest, even the semi-obsolete ones can be used to assemble some children's toys without any problem."

Cheng Ying and the others knew that in the interstellar era, technology was extremely advanced, and even children's toys were much more advanced than things like cell phones and electronic watches from ancient Earth.

Of course, the most promising aspect is that these parts can be assembled into any production line, which changes their value.

After discussing it, the young boss, Wen Ci, decided that if they bought everything, he would give them an extra twenty or so assembly robots.

Wen Ci enthusiastically recommended, "Look at these robots! Once they're equipped with energy stones, they can last for two hundred years!"

Indeed, this is by no means an exaggeration. A single energy stone can power a robot for over two hundred years, depending on the size of the energy stone!

Cheng Ying and Yu Jianshe discussed it and agreed. In the end, both parties were satisfied with the transaction.

Yu Jianshe used space buttons to pack up all the parts and semi-finished products from the factory and the store.

Cheng Ying then put the robot that Wen Ci had given her into her spatial storage. After putting everything away, they bid farewell to the young boss, Wen Ci.

Although Cheng Ying and her team could buy better production line parts from other reputable manufacturers in the capital, it was unnecessary, as the price alone was not what they wanted.

Besides, they're not buying these assembly line parts for use in interstellar space; they're buying them so they can use them when they return to the War of Resistance Against Japan. So they don't care if they're semi-obsolete or not.
