"They are the guardians of humanity, transformed into twin stars, appearing and disappearing at opposite ends of the world, protecting humanity's day and night. The two gods are both enemies and friends."

"To commemorate them and remember the disaster, people built temples to enshrine their statues and murals. The day that the year was destroyed is called the New Year. Now it has become an important event and custom. Every year, people come to pray for peace, especially during the Spring Festival, when the crowds are huge."

"By the way, they are also door gods. People paste their images on their doors to celebrate the new year and prevent their homes from being damaged by the Nian monster, symbolizing peace and safety."

Five different animal statues stand guard in the five directions, exuding majesty and power.
