In the end, the Great Sage broke the rules.

Seeing Guanyin Bodhisattva sitting in the forest, Red Boy held a gun and looked at her warily.

Seeing that the Bodhisattva didn't speak, Red Boy immediately fired a shot.

Seeing that the Bodhisattva had been driven away by him, he became smug.

Upon seeing the lotus platform, he happily ran towards it.

He was having a great time when suddenly blades emerged from under the lotus platform. Red Boy was terrified and tried to jump away, but it was too late. The blades instantly trapped him, rendering him unable to move.

"Buddha!"

"This disciple was blind and ignorant, unaware of the vast power of magic. I beg the Bodhisattva to spare my life!"

At that moment, Guanyin Bodhisattva appeared again.

The Bodhisattva smiled slightly, put his hands together, and said, "Red Boy, you are naturally unruly. If you are not properly disciplined, you will surely cause great trouble in the future. Today, I will take you as my disciple, Sudhana, so that you can cultivate your mind and character."

Red Boy panicked upon hearing this and struggled, shouting, "I don't want to be some kind of charity boy, let me go!"

But how could he possibly break free from the power of that lotus platform?

The Bodhisattva gently raised his hand, and a beam of Buddhist light shone down. Red Boy felt his magical power being gradually sealed away.

Red Boy was filled with resentment, but he knew that the situation was hopeless and he could only watch helplessly as he was subdued by the Bodhisattva.

Finally, under the Buddha's light, Red Boy put away his ferocity and followed Guanyin Bodhisattva to Mount Putuo in the South China Sea. From then on, he became Sudhana, Guanyin's disciple, and embarked on the path of cultivation.

"Wukong, hurry and save your master!"

Sun Wukong replied, "Disciple understands."

Wukong turned and ran towards where Tang Sanzang was trapped.

As we passed through a valley, we suddenly heard the melodious sound of a flute.

Wukong became curious and followed the sound.

A young man in white sat on a boulder playing a flute, his eyes and brows exuding a cool and aloof air.

"Who are you?" Wukong asked.

The young man in white put down his flute and slowly stood up: "I am a wandering immortal in this valley. I heard that the Great Sage was passing by, so I came to pay my respects."

Wukong looked him up and down and said, "This Great Sage has other important matters to attend to and cannot stay any longer." With that, he turned to leave.

"Great Sage, are you in such a hurry because of Tang Sanzang?"

The white-robed youth's words made Wukong stop in his tracks: "How do you know? Are you perhaps an accomplice of that Red Boy?" Wukong gripped his golden cudgel tighter.

The young man in white chuckled and said, "Great Sage, you misunderstand. I just meant that there are still many hardships ahead, and Great Sage must protect Tang Sanzang."

Wukong snorted: "Do you need to tell me! This Great Sage fears neither heaven nor earth, and will protect him himself."

The boy in white said, "Great Sage, take care."

Sun Wukong was completely baffled. He nodded at him and sped up his flight toward his destination.

Watching Sun Wukong's departing figure, the white-robed youth sighed and took out a portrait from his pocket. The person in the portrait was Chen Yi, dressed in modern clothes.

A golden light flashed, and Sun Wukong's figure appeared instantly.
