A whirring vibration came from Wenren Chen's trouser pocket.

Zhou Yi glanced at his pocket.

Her phone was broken, so she used her husband's phone to call her third aunt. Her husband and third aunt spoke, so it's very likely that the call came from her third aunt.

When her third aunt called, it was obviously to talk about her grandmother. In an instant, Zhou Yi felt nervous.

However, she didn't panic. She looked at the path beneath her feet and walked more steadily.

Because of the sudden change in her situation, her husband followed her back to Shancheng. She had already delayed him and could not cause him any more trouble.

She believed that with her husband's help, her grandmother would get through this danger.

With conviction in one's heart, one becomes fearless, and Zhou Yi's heart quickly finds peace.

Wenren Chen took out his phone, looked at the caller ID, and answered the call: "Hello."

"Mr. Chen, the doctor from the provincial capital has arrived at the hospital and is now in the operating room doing everything he can to save the old lady."

"Yes, investigate the whole story."

"clear."

The call ended, and the phone was put away.

Out of the corner of my eye, I could see a person walking briskly beside me, head bowed respectfully.

He put his hands in his pockets and slowed his pace.

Zhou Yi didn't hear Ren Chen answer the phone, nor did she hear what Ren Chen said. She completely trusted her husband, so she focused all her attention on the little one and made sure he walked properly.

Not long after, Zhou Yi carried the little one and followed Wenren Chen onto the plane.

This was Zhou Yi's first time on an airplane. She had always taken high-speed trains before and didn't know what an airplane looked like.

But now, as she boarded the plane with her husband, she was immediately struck by an air of nobility, which made her look up at everything inside.

The room features spacious seats, luxurious genuine leather, high-end paint, and thick carpets. It also includes a dining table, chairs, sofa, storage cabinets, and even a bed.

Zhou Yi was surprised.

Are there beds on the plane?

Although she had never been on a plane, she had heard that airplanes didn't seem to have beds.

But she might have misheard; there are beds on the plane, she just didn't know that.

However, she finally understood why the airfare was so expensive. The place was truly luxurious and high-end, so it was no wonder the airfare was so high.

It should be.

Without much thought, Zhou Yi glanced around and then followed Wenren Chen to sit down in the chair.

As the two entered, the captain and flight attendants immediately approached Wenren Chen and told him when the plane would take off, when it would land, how long the flight would take, and what Wenren Chen needed so they could prepare in advance.

They were very polite and respectful, just like the ones you see on TV.

Zhou Yi didn't say anything, just held the little one and listened to Wenren Chen's arrangements.

The flight attendants took the luggage from Aunt Dong and her assistant, put it away, and arranged seats for them.

Wenren Chen gave instructions to the captain, and then said to Zhou Yi, "Take Yuyu to rest."

Zhou Yi nodded obediently: "Yes, sir."

Yu Yu needs to sleep well; it's not good for her to sleep while she's being held like this.

"Miss, over here."

"Ok."

The flight attendants led the way, and Zhou Yi followed with the little one in her arms. Soon they arrived at a room.

"Miss, please tell me what's missing here and I'll get it."

The room had a fairly large bed, two bedside tables, a sofa, a coffee table, a bathroom, a toilet, and what appeared to be a walk-in closet—everything was complete and there was nothing missing.

Zhou Yi looked at the little guy in her arms, who was sleeping soundly and hadn't woken up at all during their conversation.

He told the flight attendants, "I don't need it for now. I'll call you when I need it."

"Okay, we're outside. You can press this bell anytime you need."

The flight attendant gestured to Zhou Yi to a button next to the bedside table.

Zhou Yi nodded: "Okay."

Without saying anything more, the flight attendants left, and Zhou Yi gently placed the little guy on the bed and covered him with a blanket.

As the little one left her arms, her eyes, which had been closed, opened.

He looked at Zhou Yi with his big, sleepy eyes, looking incredibly cute.

Zhou Yi bent down, gently patted the little one's body, and said softly, "Aunt Zhou Yi didn't leave. Aunt Zhou Yi is just going to wash up for a little while, and then go to sleep with Yu Yu. Yu Yu, sleep peacefully. Aunt Zhou Yi will come over after washing up."

The little guy looked at her, blinked twice, and then closed his eyes.

Zhou Yi was initially feeling heavy-hearted, but seeing the little guy's well-behaved and obedient appearance, she felt less tense.

A smile appeared on Zhou Yi's face as she quietly went to the bathroom.

It takes nearly three hours to fly from Yunzhou City to Shancheng, which is quite far.

She needs to get some sleep so she can face everything in a better state of mind.

Zhou Yi moved quickly, and soon finished washing up and lay down next to the little one, hugging him.

The little one nestled in her arms on his own. Zhou Yi kissed the little one on the forehead and then closed her eyes.

I hope she will arrive in Shancheng in one sleep, and wake up to find out that her grandmother has survived the danger.

In the cabin.

As Zhou Yi left with the little one, Aunt Dong put away all her luggage. She watched as Zhou Yi took the little one to a room, then came to Wenren Chen's side: "Sir, please go and rest. I'll keep an eye on the time and call Miss Zhou when we're almost there."

This was the first time Aunt Dong had ever seen the master go to such lengths for a servant; it was nothing like his usual aloof and unapproachable nature.

However, while it was unexpected that her husband would do this for the sake of his child, Aunt Dong found it normal.

Wenren Chen looked at Aunt Dong and said, "No need, go and rest."

Aunt Dong paused for a moment, then said, "Okay, sir."

This is a large private jet, not a helicopter, with plenty of rooms.

Aunt Dong left very quickly.

Wenren Chen sat in the chair with his legs crossed, his fingertips lightly swiping across the screen of his phone, seemingly doing nothing.

Not long after Aunt Dong left, the flight attendant came up to Wenren Chen, bowed, and said that the plane was about to take off.

Wenren Chen hummed in agreement.

The flight attendant left.

In just five minutes, the plane started moving, and gradually, it taxied forward, away from the airport, and then its speed increased.

A tremendous roar was heard, and in an instant, the plane took off and soared into the sky.

As the city of Yunzhou shone with lights in the night, this breathtaking scene shrank as the plane flew higher and higher, farther and farther away, until it disappeared into the thick clouds of the deep night.
