Lin Yunzheng felt as if she had a premonition. Sure enough, Design Director Jiang Qianqian's next words confirmed her concerns: "Taking into account the overall layout and development needs, we've decided to hand over Jingyang's proposal to new hire Chen Yu. We believe her youthful thinking will inject new vitality into the project."

The air in the conference room seemed to freeze. Lin Yunzheng looked up in disbelief, a flicker of disappointment and confusion in her eyes. She stood up and said, "Director Jiang, I built this project from scratch. My understanding and passion for it are irreplaceable. Why... why can't I continue to be in charge?"

Design Director Jiang Qianqian looked displeased and explained, "Lin Yunzheng, your abilities and contributions are obvious to all. This change isn't a doubt about your abilities, but rather a strategic decision for the company. You're now the project leader for that Times Group project, so we need to give newcomers a chance, don't we?"

"Maybe I don't have enough experience." Chen Yu actually shirked it.

"Chen Yu, you have to believe in yourself. I already felt your ability during the interview." Director Jiang insisted.

Seeing that this new decision was not fully accepted, Jiang Qianqian's face turned serious: "The person who is now the design director is me, not you. I have my reasons for arranging the work this way."

After the meeting, Lin Yunzheng felt a little heavy-hearted. She left the crowd and went to the tea room to take a rest.
