Tang Xiaqing flipped the prenuptial agreement to the back and read Article 5 of the agreement.

**Article 5: Exceptions in Certain Circumstances**

5.1 In a divorce, if the woman is found by the court to have violated her fidelity obligations, commonly referred to as "infidelity," based on documentary evidence, the division of property described in Section 2.1 above will not apply. In this case, the man retains all marital property, which will not be redistributed upon divorce, including but not limited to wages and investment income, while the woman maintains her original property ownership.
