As soon as Xiao drove over, he saw Sky staring coldly at the man on the ground, saying something. After getting out of the car, he didn't ask why. Regardless of the person behind him being frightened and incontinent, he helped Sky to support the unstable Kuea into the car and left. Xiao Yi was not worried that this person would escape, because even if he ran away, they would be able to find him.

After sending the people back to his secret base, Sky got back in the car and fastened his seatbelt: "The car behind us has been following us since we left the bar. Is it really okay for us to just leave like this?"

Xiao Yi turned the steering wheel with one hand and handed him the phone with the other. Sky took it and looked at the contents inside with confusion. His frown relaxed: "So it's him. If he was here the whole time, why didn't he show up just now?"

"Maybe it's a romance between the two of them?"

Putting down the phone, Sky propped up his head and just watched without saying anything. Xiao Yi asked in confusion: "What's wrong?"

Sky's eyes reflected Xiao Yi's serious expression, which naturally drew him in. Amid the continuous honking of horns from the cars behind, Xiao Yi withdrew his gaze and started the car.

"We will be together forever, right?"

The sound of sudden brakes interrupted Sky's train of thought and woke him up from his own world of negative energy.

Xiao, feeling completely depressed, drove to the garage, turned off all the lights, and sat there. Sky unbuckled his seatbelt and tried to open the door, but it was locked. He swallowed hard. Although he couldn't see anyone clearly in the darkness, he could still sense the burning gaze shining on him.

The quiet environment enveloped the two of them, and only the sound of each other's breathing could be heard. It was unknown how long it took before Xiao Yi spoke: "Do you remember the song we sang that day?"

After this incident, their lives didn't change much. If anything, it was just that Sky and Kuea would often go out for motorcycle rides on their days off. Xiao Yi had no days off due to work, so when he was alone at work, his stress level dropped a few degrees.
