A few days later, at the headquarters of the Blue Star United Congress.

Inside that magnificent building that symbolizes global order and peace, a drama full of absurdity and irony that will go down in history is being staged.

The spacious conference hall was packed with people.

Representatives from all over the world sat in their seats with complicated expressions, their eyes focused on the seat that once belonged to the world hegemon but now seemed particularly lonely and embarrassed - the Eagle Sauce delegation.

On the podium, John Sullivan, a senior politician who was urgently appointed as the diplomatic ambassador by the new American government, was using all his strength to make a doomed futile and hoarse accusation.

His face turned red, veins bulged on his forehead, and saliva flew everywhere with his passionate tone.

He waved his arms as if trying to grasp the long-lost majesty and dignity that belonged to the Eagle Sauce in the air.

"Ladies and gentlemen! Distinguished delegates!"

Sullivan's voice was a little sharp because of excitement and echoed in the huge conference hall.

"Today, we stand here to denounce the unprecedented and brutal interference in the internal affairs of a sovereign nation! We stand here to expose the ugly face of a country that acts like a villain under the banner of 'peace'!"

His eyes swept across the entire venue, and finally stared fiercely at the seats of the Dragon Country delegation.

"Yes, I'm talking about Dragon Country!"

He practically growled.

"They, without authorization from the Blue Star United Congress and without any invitation, brazenly sent troops to invade the sacred territory of our American Republic - Pennsylvania!"

"They used force to defeat our legitimate military forces who were carrying out domestic counterinsurgency missions, captured thousands of our brave soldiers, and established an illegal military presence on our soil!"

"This is the most shameless violation of the Charter of the Blue Star United Congress! This is the most brutal provocation of international law! This is a new era of imperialism!"

Sullivan became more and more excited as he spoke. He picked up a document and slammed it on the podium.

"Therefore, on behalf of the United States of America, I hereby make the most serious demands to the Dragon Nation!"

He held up three fingers and spoke word by word.

"First, the Dragon Nation must immediately and unconditionally withdraw all its troops from Pennsylvania!"

"Second, the Dragon Nation must immediately and unconditionally release all officers and soldiers of our glorious Third Marine Division captured in Pennsylvania!"

"Third, according to international law, the Dragon Nation must make full and complete compensation for all the losses, including military, economic, and spiritual losses, caused to us, the Eagle Sauce, by their illegal invasion!"

After he finished speaking, he expected to get support and agreement from his allies as usual.

However, what he saw were looks of sympathy, pity, gloating, or outright indifference from the representatives of various countries below the stage.

The entire conference hall was eerily quiet.

Cold sweat broke out on Sullivan's forehead.

For the first time, he felt that the Eagle Sauce that once commanded the support of everyone seemed to have become a lonely man who was ignored by everyone.

Just as he was standing on the stage awkwardly, not knowing how to end the situation.

A young figure slowly stood up from the seat of the Dragon Country delegation.

He is Liu Shuang, the newly appointed ambassador extraordinary and plenipotentiary to the Blue Star United Assembly, who replaced the old ambassador who retired due to "health reasons".

Liu Shuang looks to be under 40 years old, with a handsome face, elegant temperament, and wearing a pair of gold-rimmed glasses. He looks more like a university professor than a diplomat representing an emerging superpower.

Facing Sullivan's explosive accusations, there was no expression of anger or tension on his face. Instead, there was a faint, almost contemptuous smile.

He just sat there quietly, picking up the teacup on the table and taking a sip from time to time, as if what Sullivan was performing on the stage was not a serious accusation about the fate of the country, but a lame one-man show that had nothing to do with him.

This dismissive attitude is more damaging than any direct rebuttal.

It was like an invisible slap in the face, hitting Sullivan hard, making him feel unprecedented humiliation.

Finally, in an awkward silence, Sullivan walked down the podium in disgrace.

Immediately afterwards, Liu Shuang straightened his suit and walked calmly onto the stage belonging to the winner.

He did not, like Sullivan, start by using an impassioned tone of voice and exaggerated body language to attract attention.

He just stood quietly in front of the podium, his eyes calmly scanning the audience, and then his gaze fell on the seats of the Eagle Sauce delegation.

"ladies and gentlemen,"

His voice was not loud, but through the microphone, it was clearly transmitted to every corner of the conference room. His English pronunciation was standard and fluent, with a convincing sense of rhythm unique to intellectuals.

"Just now, we enjoyed a very...wonderful performance. Ambassador Sullivan, with his passionate words, painted a tragic picture of the 'victims' for us."

There was a suppressed laugh from the audience.

"However," Liu Shuang's tone suddenly changed, becoming sharp and firm, "A lie, even if repeated a thousand times, is still a lie."

"Today, I stand here to use facts to expose the nonsense woven by Ambassador Sullivan."

He also extended three fingers, but his movements seemed more calm and powerful than Sullivan's.

"First, Ambassador Sullivan accused us of 'invading' American territory. I am deeply confused and puzzled by this."

A sarcastic smile appeared on Liu Shuang's lips.

"Because as far as I know, our Dragon Nation troops have never set foot on a single inch of land belonging to the 'United States of America' from beginning to end."

This sentence, like a bombshell, exploded in the conference room.

Everyone was stunned by Liu Shuang's earth-shattering opening remarks.

"Perhaps Ambassador Sullivan's geography knowledge needs updating,"

Liu Shuang calmly took out a document from the folder and held it high.

"Just three days ago, Pennsylvania, a great state with a rich history and an independent spirit, formally declared its independence through the lawful procedures of its legislature from a corrupt federal government controlled by usurpers and murderers."

"A new, independent nation has been established - the Republic of Pennsylvania!"

"And our Dragon Nation Army," he paused, his voice becoming solemn and sacred, "was formally invited by the newly established and legitimate government of the Republic of Pennsylvania to send a small peacekeeping force to assist them in maintaining their hard-earned peace and stability, and to protect their people from the invasion and massacre of the old federal army!"

As he spoke, he pressed a button on the podium.

On the huge electronic display screen behind him, a photocopy of a letter signed by Pennsylvania Governor Tom Wolf, requesting the Dragon Kingdom to send troops for assistance, immediately appeared. It was also stamped with the newly designed national emblem of the Republic of Pennsylvania.

"So, Mr. Ambassador Sullivan, please tell me,"

Liu Shuang's gaze pierced Sullivan's pale face like a sharp sword.

"We dispatched peacekeeping forces at the legitimate invitation of a sovereign state. Is this an 'invasion' or are we fulfilling the international obligations of a responsible major power?"
