HP Star Shining
Chapter 132
"Great!" Ron jumped for joy.
What a little kid.
In fact, Hermione should come, after all, he is her future husband.
But Su Xingchen knew the top student Min, and she didn't have the time to do such boring things.
Glancing around the room, she asked, "By the way, is the little fur ball here?"
The day after she agreed to move into the abandoned house, she had already moved her luggage, including the little ball of fur.
"I saw it in the living room just now," said Harry.
"Okay, put it away now. I'll help you revise it when we get back to Hogwarts." Su Xing said to Ron, then ran downstairs.
Ron couldn't help but sigh, "Xingchen really likes that rabbit."
"Yeah." Harry answered, with the corners of his mouth raised secretly.
The heavy rain pattered against the roof, almost drowning out the usual ghostly howls of the ghoul in the attic, and there was no sign of it stopping until the next morning.
When Harry came downstairs for breakfast he saw Mr. Weasley leaning over the fire, talking.
He blinked hard several times. Amos Diggory's head hung in the flames like a huge bearded egg.
Flames danced around it, tongues of fire licking its ears, but it was not affected at all. They were talking about something called Mad-Eye Moody.
After a moment, Mr. Weasley hastily stuffed the parchment into his pocket, took a piece of bread and butter offered to him by Mrs. Weasley, and disappeared.
Mrs. Weasley mustered up the courage to use the phone at the village post office to order three Muggle taxis, and Bill and Charlie also decided to go to King's Cross Station together to see everyone off.
"Oh dear, they don't look too happy," Mrs. Weasley whispered to Harry.
At this time, they were standing in the yard where it was pouring rain, watching the taxi driver load the heavy box into the trunk.
Harry didn't tell Mrs. Weasley that Muggle drivers rarely moved owls, especially since Piglet was so noisy and deafening. Furthermore, George's trunk suddenly flipped open, and many of the fireworks exploded inexplicably, frightening the driver who was moving the trunk and making him scream.
Crookshanks was also frightened, and his sharp claws crawled up the man's trouser legs, making his screams even more painful.
After everyone got in the car, Crookshanks was so frightened that he took a long time to calm down. All three of them were scratched. Su Xingchen, who survived, said: "I knew Crookshanks loved her."
When they reached King's Cross Station, the rain had intensified, pouring down like a cascade, and the Hogwarts Express was belching thick smoke at Platform 9 and 3/4.
"Maybe I'll see you all soon." Charlie said with a smile after hugging Ginny goodbye.
"Why?" asked Fred.
"Ah, I really hope I can go back to Hogwarts this year." Bill put his hands in his pockets and looked at the train with a melancholy look.
"Why?" George asked again impatiently.
"You're going to have an interesting year." Bill's eyes twinkled. "Maybe I'll take some time off to watch some of it..."
"Thank you for letting me stay. I'm very happy these days." Su Xingchen walked forward and hugged Mrs. Weasley.
"I'd love to, dear." Mrs. Weasley hugged her back. "I'd like to invite you to Christmas, but... I suppose you'd all prefer to stay at Hogwarts, for one reason or another."
"Mom." Ron was very annoyed. "You three know what happened."
"I guess you'll find out tonight," Mrs. Weasley smiled.
Harry and Hermione also thanked her.
At that moment, the whistle blew, the engine's pistons hissed loudly, and the train was about to start. Everyone returned to the train, but before the train turned the corner, Mrs. Weasley, Bill, and Charlie had Apparated away.
The dense raindrops hit the window, making it difficult to see the scenery outside.
There were only four people in the box: George, Fred, and their friends sat together, as did Ginny. Ron opened his trunk and pulled out his maroon dress robe to cover the piglet's cage, which was making so much noise.
Su Xingchen rested his head on the edge of the car window, staring at the rain on the glass in a daze.
She knew what Mrs. Weasley and the others were talking about, the Yule Ball and... the Goblet of Fire and the Triwizard Tournament.
"What's wrong, Xingchen?" Hermione asked when she saw that she seemed to be in a bad mood.
"Maybe I haven't woken up yet." Su Xingchen forced a smile, closed his eyes and dozed off.
Hermione and Harry, who was sitting opposite her, looked at each other. No one believed what he said except Ron, and the box fell silent for a moment.
As they fell silent, a familiar voice rang out from the next box.
Harry noticed that Xingchen's eyelashes trembled, and he stood up and closed the door to prevent Malfoy's voice from coming in.
"I wish he went to school there," said Ron angrily. "Then we wouldn't have to put up with him."
"Durmstrang is a wizarding school too, isn't it?" asked Harry.
"Yes." Hermione told her friends about other magic schools.
As the train continued to move north, the rain became heavier and heavier, and the sky became pitch black.
The Gryffindors came to greet them in the box: Seamus Finnigan, Dean Thomas, and Neville Longbottom. Hermione, tired of their endless talk about Quidditch, buried herself again in her copy of The Standard Book of Spells, Fourth Year, and prepared to try a Summoning Charm.
The moisture on the glass and the badge on Seamus' chest, which was still shouting the names of the Irish players at the top of its lungs despite its gradually fading magic power, made Su Xingchen unable to pretend to sleep any longer, so she stood up.
"Star?" Hermione looked up.
"I'm going for a walk."
Su Xingchen walked around the carriage. Every compartment was full and bustling, and there was no place where people could stay quietly for a while.
She sighed and prepared to go back. When she reached the door of the next box, Draco opened the door and they bumped into each other.
He was alone; Goyle and Crabbe were nowhere to be found.
"Can I come in and sit for a while?" Su Xingchen blurted out with a sudden thought.
As soon as she finished speaking, she became annoyed. The bad-tempered young master must still be angry about that night, and she bumped into him and got scolded for no reason.
But Draco just looked at her, said nothing, and moved aside to make room for the door.
Su Xingchen's face flushed. Okay, that was just her petty thoughts.
The two chatted as usual, and tacitly agreed not to mention what happened that night.
"I'll go see where they went." Draco opened the door again and walked out.
Su Xingchen sat down again, continued to rest his head on the windowsill, staring at the rain mist flowing down the glass in a daze.
The box was quiet, and I could hear Harry and the others discussing the Quidditch World Cup next door.
I'm in a bad mood, but I can't think of a reason. Maybe it's this annoying weather.
