The shadow of Black Wind City loomed heavy, and Black Demon's rule grew even more brutal. The annihilation of the Snow Blade Squad relieved him of a major concern, but it also made him even more suspicious and violent. He tightened his grip on the city, punishing anyone who dared mention the name "Snow Blade" with death.

However, the more it is suppressed, the more violent the undercurrent of resistance becomes.

The lamp called "hope" that Li Xueruo and her team members lit with their lives has not been extinguished.

Deep in a dilapidated slum in Black Wind City, an inconspicuous little wooden house has become a temporary home for this lamp.

The cabin's owner is a young man named Amu. His parents were victims of Black Demon's smuggling scheme and tragically died. It was the members of the Snow Blade Squad who, during an operation, rescued him from near-death, giving him hope for survival and some funds. Amu has always considered the members of the Snow Blade Squad his benefactors, a light in the darkness.

Upon hearing the news of the Snow Blade Squad's demise, Amu was devastated. Undeterred, he planted the seeds of revenge and the desire to carry on the legacy. Leveraging his familiarity with the terrain and his ability to hide, he began quietly gathering intelligence on the Black Demon forces and secretly aiding those who, like him, had suffered persecution from them.

Late one night, there was a gentle knock on the door of the wooden house. Amu cautiously opened the door a crack and saw a middle-aged woman with a dusty face and two young women with determined eyes standing outside.

"Are you Amu?" The middle-aged woman's voice was hoarse, but it carried an unquestionable power.

Amu recognized her. Though she had deliberately altered her appearance, he remembered those eyes. She was the mother of Bai Ling, the "King of Medicine," a woman equally skilled in medicine and possessing a strong character. Everyone called her Granny Bai. Often, when the members of the Snow Blade Squad were injured, Granny Bai would secretly help heal them.

"Grandma Bai? Why are you here?" Amu quickly let the three of them into the house.

Behind Granny Bai were two young women. One, with a slender figure and eagle-like eyes, was named Zhao Lan. She was once the daughter of a hunter near Black Wind City. Her father was killed by Black Demon's men, and it was Li Xueruo who saved her and taught her martial arts and archery. The other, Chen Xi, was quiet and delicate, yet possessed a photographic memory and strong logical analysis skills. Her family, once small merchants in the city, was destroyed because they refused to succumb to Black Demon's exploitation. It was also she who was rescued by the Snow Blade Squad. She later became self-taught, proficient in the knowledge of traps and formations.

They were all people rescued by the Snow Blade Team, and were found one by one by Grandma Bai after the Snow Blade Team sacrificed themselves.

"Xue Rou and the others... sacrificed themselves." Granny Bai's voice was choked with sobs, but her eyes were resolute. "But Xue Ren can't just disappear like this. The hope they gave their lives for must not be extinguished."

Zhao Lan clenched her fists, her knuckles turning white. "Grandma Bai, tell me what we should do! Xue Ren gave me this life. Now, it's my turn to avenge Xue Ren and my fallen sisters!"

Chen Xi also nodded vigorously: "Black Demon is cruel and merciless, and Black Wind City cannot be without the light of Snow Blade. We must continue the unfinished work of Captain Li and the others!"

Amu looked at them, then at Granny Bai. The young man's eyes sparkled with excitement. "Granny Bai, Sister Zhao Lan, Sister Chen Xi, count me in! I'm familiar with every street and every corner of Black Wind City. I can gather information and pass on intelligence for you!"

Granny Bai looked at the three young people before her. Their faces were still childish, but they had the same eyes as Li Xueruo and the others—unyielding, determined, and full of hope. Tears welled up in her cloudy eyes, but a blazing fire ignited in her heart.

"Good! Good!" Granny Bai said excitedly, "Snow Blade is not dead! As long as we are still here, as long as there are people who remember them, Snow Blade will never die!"

In this small wooden house, a new secret organization quietly emerged. They inherited the name "Snow Blade," along with their unyielding will and determination to rid the people of harm. Granny Bai, with her experience and wisdom, became the new Snow Blade's spiritual leader and advisor; Zhao Lan, with her exceptional combat skills and archery prowess, became the primary executor; Chen Xi was responsible for intelligence analysis, planning, and trap-laying; and Amu was their most reliable eyes and ears, responsible for reconnaissance and communication.

They knew that they were still too weak to directly confront the vast power of the Black Demon. They had to endure, accumulate strength, and, like Li Xueruo and the others back then, strike from the shadows, accumulating small victories into a grand one.

From the ashes of Li Xueruo and her companions, the new Snow Blade Squad, like tenacious weeds, quietly "reborn." They marched without fanfare, without a banner, but with a single common goal: to carry on the legacy of their predecessors, to avenge the innocent, and ultimately to overthrow the Black Evil's brutal rule and restore light to Black Wind City.

Their actions became more covert and cautious. Zhao Lan inherited the precision of "Eagle Eye" Lin Wei, her arrows always delivering a fatal blow at the most critical moment; Chen Xi's traps repeatedly harmed Heisha's men, yet they were unable to capture any of them; Amu's increasingly sophisticated intelligence network always provided early warnings, allowing them to avoid the enemy's sharp edge; and Granny Bai continued to provide medical support in secret, using her medical skills to treat those at the bottom of society persecuted by Heisha, earning the respect and support of even more people.

Unlike the previous Snow Blade Squad, which attempted to accomplish grand goals with a small elite force, they focused more on mobilizing the masses and uniting all forces that could be united. They quietly disseminated the evidence they collected of the evil deeds of the Black Evil and his followers, awakening more numb hearts; they organized small-scale resistance, rescued those who were about to be killed, and then sent them to safe places outside the city to accumulate strength for resistance.

The shadow of Black Wind City remained, but the light known as the Snow Blade began to flicker once again in the darkness, even more stealthily and tenaciously. More and more people knew that the Snow Blades had not vanished; they had simply adopted a different method and continued to fight.
