Traveling through thousands of years, I only love you

One weekend afternoon, with the sun gently shining through every corner of the city, Li Lingyuan and Xiao Yi decided to attend a pottery workshop.

Entering the workshop, the aroma of clay filled the room. Li Lingyuan looked around excitedly, her eyes sparkling with curiosity. Xiao Yi looked at her energetic appearance and the corners of his mouth curled up unconsciously.

The two found a place to sit down, with a large piece of clay and the tools for making it placed in front of them. Li Lingyuan couldn't wait to reach out and touch the clay, feeling its delicate and slightly sticky texture. Xiao Yi gently held her hand and said, "Don't worry, I'll teach you the basic techniques first."

Xiao Yi patiently demonstrated to Li Lingyuan how to knead and shape the clay. Li Lingyuan listened attentively, nodding from time to time. When Xiao Yi's hand covered hers, guiding her to twirl the clay, Li Lingyuan's heartbeat quickened. She secretly glanced up at Xiao Yi, finding him intently gazing at the clay in his hands. His serious expression moved her heart.

"You try." Xiao Yi released his hand, letting Li Lingyuan do it alone. Li Lingyuan took a deep breath and began to try to shape the clay according to Xiao Yi's instructions. However, the clay seemed to be a bit docile and could not always achieve the shape she wanted. She was a little anxious, and her brows knitted slightly.

Xiao Yi smiled and said, "Don't be anxious, take your time." As he spoke, his hand covered her again. This time, his fingers accidentally brushed across the back of Li Lingyuan's hand, and a tingling sensation instantly spread throughout Li Lingyuan's body.

"Oh, am I too stupid?" Li Lingyuan said coquettishly.

"How could that be? You've done very well." Xiao Yi comforted.

After some effort, Li Lingyuan finally made a slightly crooked cup. She proudly held it up to show Xiao Yi: "Look, this is what I made!"

Xiao Yi smiled and said, "Great, I think this is the most unique cup in the world."

Li Lingyuan blinked and said, "Then you should use it to drink water every day."

Xiao Yi nodded: "Sure."

After finishing the pottery, both of them had clay on their hands and faces. They looked at each other's embarrassed appearance and couldn't help laughing.

It was already getting dark when they came out of the workshop. Xiao Yi suggested going to a nearby restaurant for dinner. The restaurant had warm lighting and soft music.

When ordering, Xiao Yi carefully asked Li Lingyuan about her taste and even ordered her favorite dessert. Li Lingyuan felt warm in her heart. She looked at Xiao Yi's serious attitude in ordering and couldn't help but say, "Xiao Yi, you are so considerate. I can't live without you."

Xiao Yi raised his head, smiled and said, "Then don't leave."

During the meal, Xiao Yi kept picking up food for Li Lingyuan and carefully wiped the food residue from the corners of her mouth. Li Lingyuan's face was filled with a happy smile and her eyes were full of love.

After dinner, the two of them strolled down the street. The night breeze was a bit chilly, so Xiao Yi took off his coat and gently draped it over Li Lingyuan's shoulders. Li Lingyuan felt Xiao Yi's body warmth lingering on his coat, and a sweet feeling welled up in her heart.

Passing by a flower shop, Li Lingyuan was attracted by a bouquet of flowers placed at the door. Xiao Yi saw her gaze, walked into the flower shop, bought it, and handed it to her: "For you, my princess."

Li Lingyuan took the flower, smelled its fragrance, and said, "Thank you, Xiao Yi."

As they walked, they came to a park. It wasn't crowded, with only a few couples whispering on benches. Xiao Yi and Li Lingyuan found a quiet corner to sit down. Li Lingyuan leaned on Xiao Yi's shoulder and looked up at the starry sky.

"Xiao Yi, do you think we will always be happy like this?" Li Lingyuan asked softly.

Xiao Yi hugged her tightly and said, "I definitely will. I will always be by your side and give you happiness."

Li Lingyuan turned her head, looked into Xiao Yi's eyes, and said, "Xiao Yi, I will always love you, too."

After saying that, their lips slowly moved closer and they kissed passionately under the moonlight.

After returning home, Li Lingyuan placed the pottery she made today on the bedside table. Looking at it, she recalled the good times of the day with a satisfied smile on her face. Xiao Yi hugged her from behind and whispered in her ear, "You are very happy today, right?"

Li Lingyuan nodded: "Well, every day with you is very happy."

Xiao Yi said: "That's good, I hope you can be this happy every day in the future."

Li Lingyuan turned around, facing Xiao Yi, put her arms around his neck, and said, "As long as you are here, I believe it will happen."

On this warm night, the two of them slept in each other's arms, looking forward to more beautiful things in the future.
