When everyone heard the mysterious man's words, their hearts tightened, as if a heavy stone weighed down their chests. But they had come this far, overcoming countless hardships and obstacles, finally finding clues to the location of the Spirit Breathing Grass. It was like grasping a ray of light in the darkness; how could they give up so easily?

"No matter how great the dangers ahead, we must give it a try," Zhang Hao said firmly. His eyes shone with unquestionable determination, like a burning torch, dispelling any hesitation in the crowd. At this moment, he was like a fearless leader, giving everyone the courage to move forward.

The mysterious man nodded and said solemnly: "According to the rune records, the spirit breath grass grows in a mysterious palace in the deepest part of the valley. The palace is shrouded in powerful restrictions, like an indestructible fortress. It is full of traps and every step is dangerous. There is also an unknown guardian beast, and its strength must not be underestimated." His voice was low and hoarse, as if every word carried a heavy warning.

"In that case, we must proceed with caution. Everyone, gather yourselves and prepare to depart," Ling Yu said. His eyes revealed a hint of nervousness, but more of an anticipation for the challenge. He knew that only by forging ahead courageously could he accomplish his mission.

Everyone rested briefly, each channeling their spiritual energy, attempting to recover some of their physical and spiritual strength. They closed their eyes, concentrating. The air around them seemed frozen, with only the gentle sounds of breathing and the subtle hum of spiritual energy circulating. After a moment, everyone slowly opened their eyes and looked at each other, their eyes gleaming with determination, as if silently swearing that no matter what awaited them, they would never retreat.

They then headed deeper into the valley. Along the way, the atmosphere was oppressive and suffocating, the air growing increasingly eerie, as if countless pairs of eyes were watching them from the darkness. The air was filled with a pungent, damp, and oppressive atmosphere. With every breath, they could feel the pungent smell spreading through their respiratory tract.

Finally, they arrived at the mysterious palace. Tall and majestic, it towered before them like a towering mountain, emanating an ancient and mysterious aura. The palace's gates were tightly closed, engraved with strange runes. These runes resembled ancient texts, mysterious patterns, and flickered faintly, as if telling of ancient seals and untold stories.

The mysterious man stepped forward, bent down, and carefully examined the runes on the door, trying to find a way to decipher them. His eyes were filled with focus and determination, as if he wanted to see through them. He slowly reached out his hand and tried to touch the runes with his spiritual power. The runes shimmered, but showed no reaction, as if resisting his exploration.

Just as everyone was at a loss, Zhang Hao suddenly remembered a method for deciphering runes he had read in ancient texts. A glimmer of light flashed in his eyes, as if he had seen a glimmer of hope amidst the darkness. He took a deep breath and channeled his spiritual energy into the runes in a specific sequence. Under his control, the spiritual energy flowed like a wielding thread, slowly blending into the runes. The runes glowed brightly, like dazzling stars, then slowly began to spin, emitting a deep, rumbling sound.

As the runes rotated, the palace gate slowly opened with a creaking sound, like the sigh of time. A stale aroma washed over them, a blend of dust, decay, and antiquity that filled them with awe. Everyone exchanged glances, then stepped into the palace, their steps firm and cautious.

The palace interior was dimly lit, lit only by a few ancient oil lamps, casting mottled shadows on the walls, as if ghosts were dancing. The surrounding walls were covered with murals depicting bizarre scenes: figures soaring through the sky, wielding radiant weapons; giant mythical beasts battling humans in thrilling scenes; and figures gathered around a radiant herb, expressions of piety on their faces. These murals seemed to tell a hidden history, a tale of fantasy and adventure.

The group advanced along the passage, taking each step cautiously, as if the slightest mistake might trigger a trap. Suddenly, a bottomless ravine appeared ahead. A thick fog filled the ravine, thick as milk, completely concealing everything within. A faint, cold light flickered within the fog, like a sharp blade hidden in the darkness, ready to reap life.

"This ravine looks dangerous. We need to find a way to get across it," the old man said, frowning, his eyes revealing worry. Years of experience had taught him that the ravine before him was no ordinary thing.

Ling Yu surveyed his surroundings and spotted some raised rocks on the walls of the ravine. The rocks varied in size and were irregularly distributed, but they looked like they could serve as footholds. "Perhaps we can use these rocks to jump over," he said, a look of caution and determination in his eyes.

Lingyu was the first to step onto the rocks. His body was as light as a swallow, and he cautiously leaped towards the other side of the ravine.
