"That's it!" Zhang Hao raised his sword and slashed at the crystal with all his might. Just as the sword was about to make contact, a powerful force erupted from it, sending Zhang Hao flying. Like a kite with its string cut, his body arced through the air before crashing heavily to the ground. Dust billowed as he landed, and he felt as if his internal organs had shifted. A mouthful of blood spurted out, creating a startling display on the ground.

"Zhang Hao!" the woman screamed, attempting to rush forward, but was stopped by the tentacles. Like the arms of a demon, they stubbornly blocked her path. Her eyes were filled with anxiety and worry, and the magic wand in her hand gleamed as she tried to repel the tentacles, but they continued to surge forward like a tide.

The mysterious man's eyes narrowed. "I can't let his efforts go to waste!" He cast several powerful talismans again. The talismans ignited in the air, transforming into a blazing fire that burned towards the tentacles. The flames were intense and fierce, sizzling as they came into contact with the tentacles, and the air was filled with a burning smell.

The old man also cast a powerful spell, shooting beams of light at the shadow, trying to distract it. His face flushed crimson from the exertion, and the staff in his hand shone brightly, as if pouring all his strength out.

Zhang Hao endured the excruciating pain and stood up again. His body trembled, but his eyes were filled with determination and resolve. "I won't give up!" he roared, his voice hoarse but full of power. His clothes were tattered, and his wounds were bleeding, but his steps were unwavering as he rushed towards the crystal again.

This time, he channeled all his strength into the sword, which shone with a dazzling light. The light, as radiant as the sun, illuminated his bloodstained yet resolute face. When the sword and the crystal made contact again, a burst of light erupted, illuminating the entire dark space. The light was so intense that it seemed to completely dispel the endless darkness.

With a violent tremor, cracks appeared in the crystal. The shadow roared in agony, the sound exploding like thunder in the ears. The tentacle's attack became more frantic, descending upon everyone like a violent storm.

"Everyone, work harder!" Zhang Hao shouted. His voice was exceptionally clear in the chaotic scene, infusing everyone with a powerful spiritual force.

The woman gritted her teeth and unleashed her most powerful magic. Her long hair danced under the surge of magic, her beautiful face filled with determination. Light surged toward the shadows like a torrent, merging with Zhang Hao's sword light to form an unstoppable force.

The mysterious man and the old man also fully cooperated. Suddenly, all sorts of powerful forces converged to launch a final attack on the shadow. Light, flames, and magic intertwined like a brilliant fireworks display, blooming the colors of hope in this dark world.

The cracks in the crystal grew larger and larger, and finally, with a loud bang, the crystal shattered. The shadow instantly dissipated, vanishing like smoke. The tentacles vanished with it, and the world around them fell silent.

"But at least we've taken another step forward." The woman looked at the shattered crystal, her eyes filled with hope. Her eyes were bright and determined, as if telling everyone that no matter how many difficulties the future held, they had the courage to face them.

At that moment, the surroundings began to transform. The once parched earth gradually became moist, and tender green grass sprouted from the soil. Like messengers of hope, these sprouts swayed gently in the breeze. The haze in the sky gradually dissipated, and the sun shone down, warm and gentle. Its golden light shone upon the crowd, dispelling the gloom in their hearts.
