Rise of the Otherworld.

Just as the sword was about to strike the shadow, it suddenly vanished. Everyone was stunned, at a loss for what to do.

"What's going on?" the herbalist stammered. He emerged from his hiding place, still looking around, afraid the shadow would reappear. His face was as pale as paper, and his body was shaking as if he had just experienced a nightmare.

Zhang Hao frowned and looked around vigilantly, "I don't know, but we can't be careless." His eyes were full of doubt and vigilance, and the sword in his hand was still tightly grasped, without any relaxation.

The woman held the little girl in her arms and whispered, "Don't be afraid, maybe he's gone." But her own eyes were filled with anxiety. She gently stroked the little girl's hair, trying to calm her, but her own heart was beating rapidly.

The old man panted, "No matter what, we have to find a way to leave here quickly." His voice was a little tired, but more determined. His clothes were tattered and his body was covered with wounds, but his eyes were still looking forward firmly.

The group continued to grope their way through the cave, taking each step cautiously. A tense atmosphere permeated the cave, and no one dared to speak loudly. Faint light filtered through the cracks in the rocks overhead, illuminating the rugged path beneath their feet.

Suddenly, several forks in the road appeared ahead.

"Which way should we go?" the woman asked. Her voice echoed in the empty cave, carrying a hint of confusion and fear.

Zhang Hao pondered for a moment and said, "Let's split up so we can find a way out faster." He glanced back and forth at several forked roads, still not completely sure.

Although everyone was a little worried, they also felt that this was the best solution at the moment. So, Zhang Hao, the woman, the old man, and the herbalist each chose a forked path.

Zhang Hao walked along the path he had chosen, carefully observing his surroundings. The walls were craggy and jagged, as if ready to fall at any moment. The ground beneath his feet was bumpy and potholed, making it easy to fall.

As he walked, he came to a spacious cavern, where a massive stone statue stood. Its features were blurred, yet it exuded a mysterious aura. Standing tens of feet tall, its presence was solemn and awe-inspiring.

Zhang Hao approached the statue, wanting to take a closer look. At this moment, the statue's eyes suddenly lit up.

"Not good!" Zhang Hao was startled and quickly stepped back. His heartbeat instantly accelerated and cold sweat broke out on his forehead.

The stone statue slowly began to move, stretching out its enormous hand and slapping Zhang Hao. The hand pressed down like a mountain, accompanied by a whistling sound.

Zhang Hao dodged sideways and swung his sword at the statue's arm. But the sword struck the statue, sending up only a few sparks. He felt a numbing sensation in his arm, and a sharp pain in his knuckles.

"This guy is too tough!" Zhang Hao said gritting his teeth.

The stone statue kept attacking Zhang Hao. He dodged left and right under the attack of the stone statue and was in danger all the time.

Elsewhere, the woman encountered a fog on her chosen path. Strange noises emanated from the fog, sending chills down her spine. They sounded like the cries of countless wronged souls, or the whispers of a demon.

"Who is it?" the woman shouted, her voice so small and weak in the mist.

There was no response, only that chilling voice. The woman gripped her wand tightly and cautiously stepped into the mist. Her heart leaped into her throat with every step.

The old man and the herbalist also encountered different dangers and challenges on their respective paths.

The old man walked into a passage full of traps. Spikes suddenly popped up from the ground, and huge rocks rolled down from overhead. However, he relied on his rich experience and agility to avoid danger again and again.

The herbalists encountered a group of strange creatures, which were ghostly and extremely fast. The herbalists were so scared that they turned and ran, but found that their retreat was blocked.

Can they overcome difficulties, find a way out, and reunite again...
