Rise of the Otherworld.

Chapter 752: Life and Death Line ()

With tears in their eyes, they continued to run forward. The tremors in the cave grew stronger, as if the entire world was about to collapse. Rocks rained down, raising clouds of dust that made it almost impossible to open your eyes.

Zhang Hao pulled the little girl along, desperately running through the shaky passage. His breathing was rapid, his heart pounding, and every step was filled with difficulty. The woman's magical light had dimmed due to her exhaustion, and the once bright light could only barely illuminate a small area ahead. The herbalist and the man in black robes were also panting, but they dared not pause.

"This isn't going to work. We need to find someplace to hide!" the black-robed man shouted. His voice was a little hoarse in the noisy surroundings, and his eyes were filled with panic.

"But there's nowhere to hide!" the herbalist replied in despair. His face was covered in dust, and sweat mixed with the dust left traces.

At this moment, Zhang Hao discovered a narrow cave in front of him, "Hurry, go there!" There was a hint of urgency and hope in his voice.

Everyone rushed towards the cave, their figures looking so small and fragile in the chaos.

As they entered the cave, a loud crash erupted behind them, and the passage was completely buried under rocks. The immense force of the impact sent dust flying through the cave, choking everyone and causing them to cough uncontrollably.

"Luckily we found this place in time." The woman collapsed on the ground, breathing heavily. Her hair was disheveled, her clothes were torn in several places, and her face was full of fatigue and fear.

The little girl ran to the old man who was hit by the stone, "Grandpa, how are you?" Her voice was tearful and her little hand tightly held the old man's hand.

The old man's face was pale. He endured the pain and said, "Child, grandpa is fine, don't worry." He forced a smile at the corner of his mouth, trying to comfort the little girl, but he could not hide the painful expression.

Zhang Hao checked the old man's injuries and frowned, "The situation is not good. His leg was injured. We must find a way out as soon as possible and give him treatment." His voice was low and heavy, and his heart was full of worry.

The herbalist was searching the cave, hoping to find some useful herbs. His eyes were anxious, and his hands were constantly turning over the surrounding stones and soil.

"There's nothing here, we're trapped!" His voice was filled with fear and despair. His body was trembling slightly with nervousness, as if he had seen death approaching.

Tears glistened in the little girl's eyes, but she still said firmly: "Don't lose heart, we will definitely find a way out." Although her voice was childish, it was full of strength.

Everyone was silent, their hearts filled with anxiety. The atmosphere in the cave was so oppressive that it was hard to breathe.

As time passed, the air in the cave grew thinner and thinner, and everyone's breathing became heavier, as if a huge rock was pressing on their chest.

"If this continues, we'll all die here," the black-robed man said. A hint of despair flashed in his eyes, and he leaned against the cave wall, appearing incredibly exhausted.

Zhang Hao stood up and said, "No, we can't just sit there and wait for death. Let's look for other exits together." His voice was firm and powerful, as if it injected everyone with a shot of adrenaline.

So, everyone began to grope around in the cave, their hands feeling along the walls, hoping to find a crack or a passage.

Suddenly, the little girl felt a weak breeze, "There seems to be wind here!" she shouted excitedly.

Following the direction the little girl pointed, they found a narrow gap that only a child could barely fit through.

"Maybe this is our way out!" Zhang Hao said. A glimmer of hope flashed in his eyes, but was quickly replaced by worry.

However, the gap is too narrow for an adult to pass through.

"Let me try!" the little girl volunteered. Her eyes were firm, and she showed no sign of retreat.

"No, it's too dangerous!" the woman hurriedly stopped him. Her voice was urgent, and she reached out to grab the little girl.

But the little girl had made up her mind, "Only I can go, everyone wait for my news." Her eyes were full of courage and determination.

Under everyone's worried gaze, the little girl struggled to squeeze into the gap. The stones in the gap were sharp and rough, scratching her skin, but she gritted her teeth and moved forward bit by bit...
